At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Enjoy lake view in the winter from the patio where you can hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This bus at one time was the River Bound Express at River Ranch Resort hauling hundreds of people to the river. Since then we have fully renovated this 35’ bus which has all the comforts of home including bedding, heat and A/C, indoor shower and all the extras needed to enjoy a stay in Noel, MO. It sits in a secluded patch of woods complete with a nice deck and fire pit. just 3-5 minutes from the beautiful Elk River.

Outside stairs approach to the entrance where you will have a view of the the river on a shaded deck. The apartment is part of a larger house that has been split up into several units. The deck has a propane grill and outdoor lawn chairs. Kitchen is fully furnished.
