Quiet, central access and step-free on the first floor

The house - on a quiet footpath on the edge of the pedestrian zone - cannot be accessed directly by car. Parking there is therefore not possible. A "green" bridge leads you to the apartment with underfloor heating without steps. All rooms - the bedrooms have laminate flooring, the others are tiled - have natural light. The terrace - south facing and with an umbrella - allows you to have breakfast outdoors in summer, for example. For children, there is a nice playground about 80 meters away.

The apartment is fully furbished with a well equipped kitchen. You will find towels and bed linen in the bed room. 2 additional guests can stay on the sofabed in the living room. We welcome pets here, please bring only 1 pet per stay! In case you would like to bring more, please contact us before booking. The river Fulda is directly next to us, with direct access. You can swim, try stand-up paddling or just enjoy the landscape after your bike tour or after having explored Kassel.

Ankommen und sich direkt wie zuhause fühlen! Unseren Pavillon Am Kurpark gibt es seit 100 Jahren, wurde 2023 grundlegend renoviert und wir tragen seine Geschichte in dritter Generation fort. Wir freuen und darauf, Euch bald bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen! Das Haus befindet sich in zentraler und ruhiger Lage direkt am Kurpark. Restaurants, Bäcker, Eisstadion und vor allem Wanderwege sowie Skipisten sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.

Der Start des Wanderweges Harzer Hexenstieg liegt 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Garage sowie eine Terrasse, auf der man bei schönen Wetter die Abendstunden ausklingen lassen kann .

Gebucht wurde es für einen Familienurlaub, ein Wochenende unter Freunden oder von Erwachsenen, deren Eltern hier im Ort aufgewachsen sind und denen sie nochmal eine kleine Zeitreise schenken wollten.
