So a completely separated area with its own living room / hallway / bathroom ( toilet+shower ) / terrace . Everything is fully furnished, incl. Towels / linens / bed 180x200 / washing machine / large fridge with freezer/ stove oven with 2 plates / Wi-Fi/car parking space / etc would be possible.

The surrounding area with an imposing view over the Leinetal to the Brocken (Harz) is ideal for hiking and biking.
