We had a really nice holiday in the apartment. Quiet location. Many leisure opportunities. The apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean, there was nothing missing. Highly recommended.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Britta's very likeable, uncomplicated and unobtrusive appearance made it difficult for us to say goodbye on the day of departure. From the first minute of our vacation, we were in feel-good mode. The kitchen amenities make the heart of a self-catering and hobby cook beat faster. Is there anything more beautiful than sleeping restfully on vacation, despite unfamiliar beds? No problem with Britta. Cozy living room with tasteful furnishings, a balcony with heavenly mountain panoramic views. And where else are you greeted in an apartment by the host with two beautiful bouquets of flowers? We will be back! Thank you for this wonderful stay.

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

Garmisch is gorgeous and the stay was brilliant. Perfect spot to rest and the bed was so comfortable. Has a fridge. Close to the Altenheim and Wankbahnstraße stops. Would recommend to stay

Anna Maria's place was impeccable clean and beautifully decorated, it was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. She had put so much thought into everything from decor, cleanliness and having milk, bread and and other items stocked for us. We could not have been more pleased to stay here, highly recommended.

we visited the apartment as a family and were more than satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped, the house is in a quiet area that offers direct many opportunities for hiking. The large and very well-equipped playground right behind the house is especially great for children. The hosts wrote very friendly messages and explained everything simply and well. This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We stayed 3 nights in Simone's and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, we enjoyed the short vacation and felt comfortable in the apartment.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay to explore the alps. It was great to be able to open the back door onto the garden and a lovely view.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures or in the description, the communication with Emily was also uncomplicated. The amenities and service of this property are of exceptional quality – everything is just right here :)
