Numerous hiking trails and the Classic ski area can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the bus stop of the local bus, nearby supermarkets or the bakery. In 5 minutes on foot you can also reach the Loisachbad with a large playground for children and leisure facilities.

Many hiking trails and bike tours are right outside the front door. Munich, Lake Constance, Zugspitze, Legoland and Ravensburger Spieleland are easily accessible as day trips.

Lina is a friendly south-east apartment on the 1st floor of our house and has 90sqm, 2 bedrooms, guestclo, bathroom, kitchen and living room with access to its own balcony section overlooking the meandering stream Illach. The pull-out sofa offers another sleeping possibility, which means that Lina can accommodate up to 5 people. The house was rebuilt with local crafts, old templates, sustainable building materials and the latest technology in 2021.
