You will find everything close by: the cozy village of Heemskerk with shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of forest and dunes, near the sea and beach. There are also beautiful cycling routes. From Castricum train station (5 km), you can reach Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes. Alkmaar and Haarlem are also nearby. We would like to welcome you to our vacation house! 🔆

Our ecolodge Duin is part of a new sustainable build complex The Duinlopers. Ecolodge is in the backside with a nice private terrace. In the front are 2 smaller holiday appt.

Zaandam is well known for its’ maritime history and hosts the famous open air museum Zaanse Schans. Our place is a great hub to explore Amsterdam and its surroundings, like Zandvoort beach and charming Haarlem. Cozy and peaceful, the garden suite is a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

Studio Verver in Bergen, just 45 km below Amsterdam, is an architecturally built summer house that was completed in August 2023. The cottage combines outdoor living with sleek design lines, art and all modern amenities.
