Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

We warmly welcome you to our lovely summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.
