A detached, cozy cottage of about 45m2 in the back of our garden, with the possibility to sit outside. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Egmond-Binnen and overlooks the Abbey. In 10 minutes, you can cycle to the beach through the beautiful dune reserve. In the village, within walking distance, there is a supermarket, restaurants, snack bar and the Abbey shop with delicious home-brewed beer and organic vegetables. Bed linen and towels are included, and you can park for free in the street.

There is a 4-person apartment on the side of the farm. Wonderfully quiet in a rural setting. With your own garden to relax. During public holidays, rentals are only weekly with changeover day on Friday. From 01-07-2026/ 18-09-2026 we rent for a minimum of 1 week with changeover day on Friday Bicycle on request available. **We only rent the house for holiday accommodation. *** Bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor, sleeping accommodation is on the 1st floor.

It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. Spacious cozy ground floor apartment a short distance from shops, beach and dunes. The house has a living/dining room with an open new kitchen with all amenities. Two bedrooms for two people each, with the possibility of an extra bed. A bathroom and two toilets, and everything is on the ground floor. There is a small walled garden where you can sit outside and possibly use the BBQ. Four-legged friends are welcome. Cities such as Alkmaar and Amsterdam are nearby.

Enjoy a quiet place on the edge of the Egmond-Binnen dunes and a 2.5 km walk from the beach. Fully equipped, very private and in nature. In summer, the sunset is spectacular. While enjoying the view with a BBQ, the vacation home is fully furnished! There is a free parking at the house. The house is located in the middle of the dune area.
