A detached, cozy cottage of about 45m2 in the back of our garden, with the possibility to sit outside. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Egmond-Binnen and overlooks the Abbey. In 10 minutes, you can cycle to the beach through the beautiful dune reserve. In the village, within walking distance, there is a supermarket, restaurants, snack bar and the Abbey shop with delicious home-brewed beer and organic vegetables. Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

During public holidays, rentals are only weekly with changeover day on Friday. It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to mom and dad and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
