Had a great stay at the sycamore cottage for a night with the girls. Was clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Liked that the hot tub was private and the area was nicely decorated with lights so we could stay out when it got dark. Owner was responsive with messages and check in was so easy! Couple of shops and a pub just a short walk away too. Would deffo return.

Just back from a wonderful stay at the lodge with my two boys. Lovely welcome Prosecco and crisps, hot tub was gorgeous! So private! Beds comfortable, had a day trip into York too. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thanks so much would highly recommend for a break away from busy life!

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

We stayed here as a part of my partners birthday celebrations. This was our first time staying somewhere like this and the lodge was everything we could have wished for and more!! The check-in process was clear and easy. The lodge was well decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to have a great, relaxing weekend. The location was perfect, so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was an obvious stand out for us, very warm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we could not fault our lodge and are already discussing coming back later in the year! We have also recommended to our families who are also interested.

Louise’s lodge is absolutely beautiful and in a very peaceful location. The rooms were absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub is a lovely addition and the fact that it is in the back garden for privacy made it even better. The location of the accommodation is fantastic, around a 30 minute drive to York city centre and also has great bus links to both York and the nearby town of Pocklington. Thank you Louise, we will definitely come back to your lovely lodge!

Our third stay at Bridlington Links, our first in marge’s. What a lovely holiday home, very well equipped and comfortable. Had lovely walks and enjoyed a day meal at the golf club, really nice to see a small shop on site now. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Vanessa was super friendly and helpful right from my very first message. I had lots of questions and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. The accommodation was lovely, really homely and there was nothing she hadn’t thought of, from kitchen items to things for children to do, and the most gorgeous welcome basket. I would highly recommend staying here and couldn’t have asked for a nicer host. Thank you so much for everything. ☺️ we would love to come back again!

Really nice place, so straight forward and easy to find. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful give us all the information we needed plus a little QR code thing to go on which gave us all the information about everything really. The cabin itself was lovely and clean and quite spacious. The hot tub was beautiful, maybe the outdoor space could be made a little more private but didn’t bother us or affect our time. All in all we had a great time and would definitely go back, hopefully sometime soon!!

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Eden lodge! The lodge was very spacious and exactly as described! We had some little food goodies left for us on our arrival, which I thought was such a lovely touch! The lodge has everything you need, even down to some board games, that we also made use of! We loved the hot tub on an evening. The place is so peaceful and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained! We loved the daily visits from the ducks! We had coffee and cake at the Spotted Duck on site, and OMG that was the best cheesecake I've ever had, and even better, the portion size for 1, was more like for 2 people! Janes communication was fantastic throughout, check in and out was very smooth and hassle free. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!!

I proposed here, Fairy lights all over the balcony. It was a perfect setting and a nice play to stay. Hosts were very accommodating with my requests. (she said yes)

We booked a few days away to relax and chill. That is exactly what we got. On arrival the lodge was pristine. It had everything that was listed. Beautiful scenery including wildlife. Very peacful. Hot tub was lovely, very clean and nice view when youre in there. 10 minute drive to beautiful walks and lovely local pubs. Mark & Wendy were on hand if you needed anything. Lovely people. Would highly recommend 👌

Comfortable stay and near to the aim of our visit to the area. Also enabled us to visit a friend in Filey too. Nice holiday site.

Beautiful little lodge, so so homely and peaceful!! Loved the wood fired hot tub and then coming in to light the log burner! Lovely little area with lovely walks nearby and not far to the beaches etc!! Would highly recommend

We loved our stay at Misty’s place and packed a lot into 2 nights and 3 days. Ideal comfy peaceful base with nice shower, well equipped kitchen etc., all you need. Access to great walks directly from the lodge including beautiful Sewerby Woods from “the gate” via Heritage park and those next to the golf course which take you to the sea. Used Sewerby Hall passes and recommend a visit house, walks, gardens, zoo, woods, pitch & putt & good cafe. Lots else very nearby, walkable or short drive. Coming from the south we visited beautiful Whitby en route & then from lodge Sewerby plus Bempton, Danes Dyke (DD), Flamborough and Brid. All great. DD was stunning & recommend the cafe, great value & friendly (cash only). Although we packed a lot into a few days we felt relaxed and rested with fresh air, no traffic noise just birds song and peace, a lovely change of scene, with a comfortable place to stay. Have to say this is one of the cleanest, most comfortable chalets I've stayed in. The location is lovely and peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would definitely consider coming back here.

Nelly's Nest was warm and comfortable and has all that is needed for an enjoyable stay. We particularly enjoy walking and bird watching so the location was perfect for us.

Just got back from a lovely 3 day break at 18 The Mews. The cabin was everything and more than we expected: very homely, clean and a great location for exploring the local area. Will definitely be back!
