Vacation rentals with beach access in East Riding of Yorkshire

Myeslf, my wife and 3 kids(10,8 & 3) stopped here for two nights and were very happy with the accommodation The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning being right on the seafront. Its a great location with the harbour only 5 minutes walk away too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great flat with a sea view in a quiet area of town. We loved the flat and would definitely return next time we’re in Bridlington

Had a lovely stay for my wife’s birthday. Much larger than I thought, can easily accommodate 4 people. 5 minute walk to leisure centre and 10 minute walk to harbour. Local shop over the road in case you forget essentials. Would 100% stay again.

A good second floor flat in easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The parking space was a big plus. We only had a small car which was fine to get it fully onto the space. The flat is well thought out and had everything we needed. Andy was a good host and very easy to communicate with.

Oli is very accommodating. He's very friendly and thinks with us. The apartment is in the hotspot with everything needed on walking distance. The bus is 2 minutes walking distance, as is the train station (12-15 minutes). We felt at home in the apartment. Thank you Oli!

We had a lovely stay with some friends in The Flying Scotsman this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable and really well laid out. It was a perfect little hub for exploring the area and we all had an amazing time - highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, lots of space for the kids. The house is in a great location almost in the center of the town, close to the beach. The house was extremely well taken care of. The beds were comfortable too. We will definitely be back to stay.

The apartment was beautiful and Stewart and Mandy were the perfect hosts. Little thoughtful touches everywhere around the house, clean and wonderfully renovated. It was comfortable, instructions for everything and centrally located. We only stayed for 2 nights but would have happily stayed way longer.

An amazing stay! Gorgeous huge house with fab facilities, fun for all the family! Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, game machine and pool table etc. Was welcomed with a lovely hamper and welcome message. Walking distance to beach, great location would 100% recommend x

Lovely place to stay will hopefully be back

Large but cosy converted barn for big groups/families. Had everything we needed, and the games room and huge hot tub were a big plus! On a main road but didn’t feel that way once in the house. Lovely touch of fresh flowers when we arrived and our host was very helpful and always responded whenever we messaged.

Wow! What an amazing place this is. Just as seen on the pictures. Beautifully furnished, the hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The location is right on the beach with access to Filey and other places only a short drive away. Vanda is a great host. She was really flexible with our requests for extra time to check out and responds quickly. We will be back!

What a fantastic little gem! After having a few disappointing air bnbs recently, this place has restored our faith. House is stunning and so much room, location is spectacular (can see the sea from the main bedroom) and the value for money incredible. Thankyou Julie for such a wonderful stay - we will back!

Great hosts. Good location, really clean

Once again 3 generations of our family stayed at Simon's place. This is the 4th year we have gone and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house has everything we need and more and is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent spaces for parking and great location across from the beach. Another wonderful stay!! Had a lovely stay at Kelly’s Place. It was clean & tidy and has everything you would need. Beds are very comfortable! Kelly communicates well and made me feel very welcomed.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful Airbnb on South Marine Drive in Bridlington. The location couldn't have been better—right by the sea, with easy access to everything we needed. The property itself was spotless, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our host was lovely—warm, welcoming, and communicated brilliantly throughout, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be coming back. A perfect getaway spot!

Chequers is fantastic little cottage for a few days away. It is comfortable and super cosy. It is equipped with everything you could reasonably need - the kitchen was really well equipped. Having a few basic essentials provided: tea, coffee, milk and bread was a very nice touch. Lots of free on-street parking within metres of the door. There is a range of shops: post office, ice cream, butcher, fish & chips and a co-op no more than 100m away. It’s a fantastic location for beautiful beaches and stunning coastal walks. The host (Stephen) replied quickly to emails and was super helpful. We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to return.

Ben and his property were really nice. Ben communicated well and made the check-in process easy. The property was as described and like the pictures. I will be working In the area again soon and will be booking again.

This accommodation was exactly as described and as the photos portrayed. It couldn’t be any closer to the seafront and close to all shops, promenade, fun fair, amusements and other local attractions. It was perfect. Free parking nearby (no more than 2-3 minute walk), but no issue at all. Great communication from the owner all day on check in to ensure he was present to hand over the keys and again on check out. The accommodation itself was lovely. Really nicely decorated throughout with the bathroom and kitchen being exceptional. You really don’t need to bring anything to the Air B&B apart from some clothes and yourself. All cutlery that was needed was present and the access to Netflix and other tv channels was a great addition. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and if we ever visit again, will definitely see if this accommodation is available first.

Great place to stay just outside bridlington centre. we were very pleased with John and Amanda's place. It was clean and spacious. we were initially concerned with how steep the stairs might have been but they were intact really easy and wide. When we arrived the check in was very easy with a key safe outside and nice clear instructions on how to use it to get in. we found that in the kitchen drawer their were only 3 forks and there was 5 of us but a quick message to Amanda got a response quickly and she personally delivered some more. We would definitely stay here again if need.

Amazing place to stay. Newly decorated with every amenity you might need for your stay either short or long. Great location in the centre of town for all the amusements, shops, restaurants and pubs near by. I will definitely be booking here again in the near future and will recommend to friends Sam was always helpful and replied very quickly to any queries or questions.

Originally stayed here with my daughter and loved it so I eventually came back and brought my husband. He now knows why we raved about Mulberry Mews! He absolutely loves it too. Such a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Everything is so classy with lovely touches. As everyone mentions, the bathroom is to die for. We’ve been discussing how we could turn our own house into the same sanctuary! We’ve had a lovely relaxing weekend and totally chilled. Fantastic hosts, lovely all round luxury and such lovely touches… I could go on but I’m running out of space. Thank you both once again. We will return again x

James place located at the centre of Bridlington with nice framed view to the harbour. Overall it is a great stay.
