Vacation rentals with a hot tub in East Frisia

Great little holiday let ! Done to high standard, great kitchen and bathroom with amazing steam cabinet shower. Very quiet area but with vibrant town centre near by. Will definitely stay here again when in Germany for work. Sonja was a great host always responsive to messages and very helpful. Many thanks.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, everything necessary was available, it was quite spacious and well located. It is important for some that the adjacent neighbors, who want to use the sauna, walk directly through the garden, which was initially a matter of getting used to, also because we had a dog with us, for whom it was rather surprising that someone suddenly walked through the garden :) A parasol would complete the amenities, 😊 otherwise we were super satisfied!

We had a really nice time in the apartment. It is ideal especially for families with children. The property is completely fenced, which gave us as parents a good feeling, and there are great play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The location is pleasantly quiet and secluded – perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. If you are looking for hustle and bustle or shops right outside the door, you are in the wrong place, but in about 10 minutes by car you can reach everything important: supermarkets, a snack bar and other places to go. It was exactly what we needed for us. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time! ☺️

We‘ve stayed a week there and really felt home. The place is directly at the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful. The house was well equipped. The fire place made it super cozy. We did not get lucky to catch any fish. Maybe next time! Definitely recommendable.

We had a lovely weekend with six people. The house is very quiet. It's worth taking wheels with you here. Amenities were good Only the size/design of the rooms was a bit restrictive. In two out of three rooms, you cannot move freely around the bed. The fact that the third bed is only 140 cm wide and without a headboard made the overnight stay for six adults a bit problematic. But for a weekend, it was still possible.

Linda and Stephan's place was the ideal getaway for our family with young children. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in their beautiful, welcoming space. The garden was a true highlight, offering a peaceful retreat with plenty of room for the kids to play and explore safely. The toys and books provided kept our little ones entertained for hours, making it a stress-free experience for us. The kitchen was fantastic—spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a professional coffee apparatus that made mornings a real treat. The hosts, Linda and Stephan, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend their place to families seeking a relaxing, kid-friendly retreat. We can't wait to return!

Tom and Yolanda are very friendly people. Their accommodation is friendly. The bedroom is comfortable and the bathroom is impeccable. Recommended.

We had a great stay. What we remember particularly positively is the host's courtesy. After an error in booking on our part, Heike accommodated us, so we could have an optimal stay in the end. We were especially grateful for that. And the place itself is really great and there's nothing to expose to it.

Another wonderful stay. Just like in winter, it is also fine to stay in this house and especially the garden with a good 30 degrees. In the garden, you have sun but also more than enough shade. The outdoor bar and the (during the day) COLD (hot)tub are then really a luxury. Great communication and clean, we will definitely come back to one of Herman's accommodations!

Very nice space. Glad there are separate rooms where you can retreat for a while when you are with a group. Room/apartments are nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed cities are also very nice. The amenities are really great. For example, we used the jacuzzi, sauna and the BBQ. The area is beautiful. Were awakened with a view of the woods. And lots of parking.

A beautiful house with spacious garden and lots of privacy. It is a good base for all of Drenthe. You're everywhere in the foreseeable future. Upon arrival, the bedding was missing for 1 person (can always happen once), but due to a quick response to my message and a quick delivery, it was very neatly resolved. I might think that's the most important thing when I rent something. That's why the high rating.

We stayed at Rob's house for a weekend with girlfriends. We had a fantastic time. It has it all and the terrain is huge. We would come back back. Communication with Rob was also incredibly nice and reliable. A thousand thanks for everything! 😊

The stay at Wietske was above expectations: an extremely cozily furnished house with plenty of space. A relief was the garden: lots of greenery, trees and shade: everything we needed. A hot tub is not our thing, but for those who like it: it is there. All in all: highly recommended.

Rob’s place is great, the terrain around the house is super large and was perfect for my dogs. Rob was a great, welcoming host, offered help when needed and respected my privacy.

The seven of us enjoyed Schierhuus enormously for the second time! Last year we liked it so much that we came back. Now there was even a sauna. Due to the warm weather, we did not use this, but the hot tub was a favorite again and the house was tiptop. Thank you for letting us use it again Kirsten and family, we'd love to come back!!
