New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The beach in Harlesiel and the harbor of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, spa cards are not necessary.

It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
