The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Nestled at the end of a narrow shared driveway, the bungalow offers an open plan living space, leading to a double bedroom and bathroom. All finished to a high standard the property includes Wifi, Smart TV and a Kingsize bed. Ideally located within a short walking distance for all local amenities, including Seaton's pubs, shops and restaurants. Welcome pack including Tea, Coffee, milk etc.

Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
