It's a great place to explore the town from and retreat to when you need a respite from the rigours of the aptly named High Street. Top quality bed linen, 24 hours hot water, a serviceable little kitchen and comfortable furniture. It is opposite the Abbey, by the Goddess House. It has a private courtyard in which you can sit and reflect.

It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.

The Garden Studio is a 1 Bedroom, luxury open plan, independently accessed self catering apartment in the 1 acre garden of our house in the centre of Budleigh Salterton. It is cedar clad with powder coated aluminium windows and doors. Just 2 minutes walk down the drive onto the High Street, 8 mins from the beach & coast path and situated at the top of our long, private drive, the boat house enjoys peace and privacy at the same time as being very conveniently situated.
