Apartment vacation rentals in East Austin

Location is great. The large pool and well-equipped gym at the building are a big plus for me. Although right next to E. 6th Street with all its restaurants, bars and clubs, since it fronts on 5th St it was very quiet.

The studio is extremely well located, clean and neat. It matches the description and photo. There is a lavish amount of storage space in a walk-in closet. I'd stay here again. Disadvantages: As another guest has noted, the mattress isn't that comfortable. It's somewhat lumpy and unsupported at the head. I suspect the bed is one that assumes a box spring. The air conditioner is somewhat noisy and underpowered, like one you'd find in an older motel, but the ceiling fan makes a bid difference. Unfortunately, I had to stand on a chair to turn it on. A remote-controlled fan would be a good upgrade.

Fantastic, well-equipped apartment, in a brilliant location, with an amazing view out over the Colorado River towards the centre of Austin. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the wifi was fast - and having a working kitchen and a washer/drier was brilliant after long days pounding the streets of SxSW. Getting access to the property was slightly complicated, but my host was on hand to resolve swiftly - overall, a pretty spectacular space to stay in. If they'll have me, I'll be back!

Great condo! Clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Close location to Seton Medical Center. Many restaurants, bars, and coffee houses in the area. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, safe and private place. Joe has displayed his collections tastefully. It is walkable to university of Texas, Austin. We loved to spend lots of time at the patio. Felt peaceful and calm. Created lots of memories at this place. The host is quick to response, flexible, kind and caring person

Brett’s place was ideal! The perfect place to hang out, relax, work from, and go out into Austin when needed. I travel a lot and this home was one of the best in terms of comfort, location and price. Everything is up to date and makes you feel at home vs a cookie cutter rental. Will be coming back soon.

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

Our stay at Liz’s was AWESOME! 🤩 Liz was great at communicating before we arrived so we knew how to access the apartment, she also provided great local “gem” recommendations for what to do in Austin. The apartment was clean and homely with everything you need to cook and relax. I’m even going to buy some of the things Liz had in her place for our place back home! The bed was comfy memory foam and size was fine for us as a couple. Location was amazing, being walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, 6th St and even downtown wasn’t that far to walk. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect spot for an extended stay. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Easy to access, responsive host, and all the amenities necessary, including a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again.

Christopher was a great host. Once of the best we have ever worked with. Hospitality was truly amazing. He accommodated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean! In our opinion better than the pictures. Instructions were clear and apartment easy to find. Bathroom was beautiful and equipped with everything we might need. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC was cold and lighting was perfect! For us the beds were a bit stiff but I have a bad back so honestly it’s not a fair opinion. Pool was well maintained. We have a baby and initially I was worried about how busy the pool was and noise that came with that, but by dark everyone was gone and no one was over the top noisy. Neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Our unit was on the third floor so if you have kids or have a lot of luggage be ready to be out of breath! 😂😂 overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back when in town!

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.
