Brett’s place was ideal! The perfect place to hang out, relax, work from, and go out into Austin when needed. I travel a lot and this home was one of the best in terms of comfort, location and price. Everything is up to date and makes you feel at home vs a cookie cutter rental. Will be coming back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Austin. The communication was a little slower leading up to arrival but the team were excellent as we got closer/were in Austin. Check in instructions were clear, we especially loved that we could park in the garage OR find street parking. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and the apartment very spacious with all we needed for our 4-5 day stay. Do agree with some others that the shower curtain can do with replacing but that is the smallest of details because really the rest was 10/10. Will absolutely return when we are back in Austin.

The place was clean and had all the needs for our stay + the location was top tier.

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Austin – even things we didn't realize we'd need, such as beach towels and a washing machine. Clean, lots of space, and stayed cool even on hot afternoons.

Great place you'll have as much to do on property as off property

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The location was so convenient with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. The host Nellely was very helpful and responsive. I spent over 2 weeks at this location and felt right at home.

The absolute best experience I've had with Airbnb. 10 out of 10 . As soon as I stepped in it felt perfect. It was quiet and stood that way for the entirety of our stay. The linens were fresh and clean. I loved the decor and smart design. Norm was very accommodating and made sure we felt at home. This will be the first place I look for the next time I need a home away from home.

A cozy spot conveniently located near everything you might need. The area is quiet, yet shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, as described. Jonathan was incredibly responsive when we encountered a minor issue with the lock upon check-in. He resolved it quickly, and we had no further trouble. A few small items were missing, but after a quick message, Jonathan promptly delivered them and even offered to reimburse us if we needed them immediately. The queen bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless with excellent water pressure, and the kitchen well-equipped with all the utensils and dishes needed to prepare meals. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Good apartment in west campus, place was as described. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We only stayed one night and didn’t use the kitchen but seemed to be well stocked with what you would need. Plenty of parking - this was well appreciated given the location.

Very spacious for 1 person. Good location close to downtown and ladybird lake, there’s H-E-B, 6 min away. I like how it had double gates it felt very secure and inaccessible to non residents. In unit washer and dryer is very convenient. You also had access to the amenities!! Very clean, very attentive host!

If you’re looking to be close to Zilker, Barton Springs, or Terry Blacks, just to name a few options you’ll have at this rental…then look no further! The home itself is very cozy, and a very nice place to call home for a bit. Megan was super helpful and proactive with check in/out. I have zero complaints about our stay, thank you Megan!

This AirBNb location was excellent. Slightly away from downtown with many options to get any where in the City. I preferred to walk and used Uber, rented bikes/scooters. Unit was ultra clean and uncluttered. All the basic needs at your fingertips. Parking was a bonus. I barely used my car but was glad to have a convenient dedicated spot. If you love lots of light, this place is ideal with many windows. Shows off how very clean it is. Christopher was an excellent host. He was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. I will rent it again in the future - the restaurants nearby were yet another great feature.

We loved our stay at creekside casita! The location was awesome, close to Soco and within 10-15 minutes drive of downtown, Barton Springs, etc. Allison was super responsive and helpful. We'd stay again!

Memelli’s place was wonderful! It’s situated in a beautiful, quiet gated community and conveniently located near both The Domain and downtown Austin. We did wish it had included an ironing board, blow dryer, and a few tea mugs, but overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others.

I had a great stay and especially enjoyed using the pool at the apartment complex. Patrick’s place is very close to lots of restaurants and other attractions. It’s clear it’s someone’s actual home and not used exclusively as a rental. Providing sunscreen for guests was a nice touch! He was extremely responsive and provided lots of recommendations for things to check out in the city. I got in late at night so it was a little hard to locate the right apartment in the complex because of how it’s set up, so some additional instructions on where to go initially would’ve been helpful. I ended up walking to most places during my visit rather than using the scooters/city bikes since his place is on a very busy road. It was also easy to get an Uber or even take the bus.

Our stay at The Bolm was exactly as we had hoped. The unit was cozy, comfortable and clean (especially the bathroom, which made us both very happy). However, we happened to stay during a record breaking storm that passed through the Austin area that unfortunately flooded our unit. When we came back to our unit and discovered what had occurred, the host and the co-host checked on us within about 10 minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive in finding us another place to stay. We could not be more grateful for their prompt response and care in assisting us during such a stressful event. We would definitely stay at another airbnb with these hosts in the future.

Hunter was a great host and was ready to answer any concerns we had whilst staying at his condo. Location was lovely with lots to do in a walkable area and the pictures don’t do the apartment justice. Amazing experience overall!
