We had a wonderful stay at this house in Austin! The home was super clean, well-maintained, and had a lot of thoughtful touches and essentials already available for us. It’s in a great area with plenty of awesome restaurants, shops, and fun places to explore nearby. The check-in process was super easy and hassle-free, which made our trip even smoother. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin!

This house and neighborhood are absolutely beautiful. It was easy to get to anywhere in Austin from here, all while being a peaceful getaway. If the heat is a concern for you, trust me the AC works perfectly.

Great Spot! Just had a fantastic stay in the Austin area! This place was exactly as described and even better in person. The backyard itself was the highlight, with Cowboy pool providing much-needed relief from the heat. It's a true escape within the city. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to many restaurants. Despite being in a metro area, it felt like a private retreat, which was a welcome change of pace. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. They clearly take pride in their property and ensuring guests have a great experience. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained. All necessary amenities were provided, including essentials like towels, linens, kitchen basics and coffee. The availability of on-site parking was a plus. Overall, I highly recommended for anyone seeking a fun and comfortable stay in the metro area. It's ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stays for business, with a dedicated workspace.

The house was beautiful! All of the girls were impressed, I got so many compliments. Lynn was always quick with responses and so friendly. I really appreciated the bag drop option and not having to strip the beds, collect towels and take out the garbage was so nice. Thanks for a great trip!

Provided everything we needed . Great to have washer and dryer. He even provided detergent and stain remover. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. The view from the upstairs shower of the Austin skyline was absolutely amazing!

I had a delightful stay at Luis’s place in Austin. What I liked the most was how minimalist the apartment felt, while at the same time very cozy and stocked with most of what I needed — an in-unit washer and dryer, for example, and a steam iron! I liked how clear Luis’s self-checking in instructions, which included pictures, were. Moreover the apartment was in a serene location conveniently located close to most places we wanted to check out. Luis and Rick were very responsive, kind, and generous when we had queries or when we made requests for items to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Luis’s place while you’re in Austin!

10/10 ⭐️ We LOVED our stay here! The AC froze and Autumn was on it immediately and had it fixed within a few hours! We had plans anyway and the place was cooled off by the time we got back. Her communication was excellent and the spot itself- GORGEOUS!!! The plants everywhere were beautiful. Really made you feel comfy! Super close to downtown and had good food all around! Would absolutely stay here again!

All in all, our stay was great. It's a really unique property with fun eclectic amenities. The location was perfect. The historical area was really lovely. It felt like a safe place to stay. Having dedicated and secure parking is real plus! We plan on staying again in the future and exploring the area more.

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.

This Airbnb was incredible! The view of the Austin skyline from the living room absolutely lived up to the hype, sunsets and city lights felt like a postcard. The space was clean, stylish, and the amenities were just what we needed to relax between BBQ and adventures. Only recommendation? A bit more flexibility with check-in. A small crowd of tired travelers gathered like it was the VIP line to a concert, eager to settle in, but with nowhere to go until the clock struck 4:00 PM. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great location, skyline vibes, and access to all the cool stuff Austin has to offer.

I stayed here while my daughter was at orientation on campus. The location and affordability could not be beat for a visit to campus, and I was in easy walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. Hosts were also easy to communicate with and very responsive when I had questions.

Great hosts. Great place. Great location. There’s so much do to here and it’s so close to other popular surrounding areas. Didn’t wanna go home. Our family’s 3rd go around at this location with Leavetown as our host and they haven’t disappointed.

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Wendy's home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard area was our favorite. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning. In the evenings the yard games and plunge pool ended a perfect day. The location is great. River access was challenging for some of the smaller kids but we planned accordingly and made sure we had everything we needed so we only had to come back up the stairs once a day. Overall I highly recommend.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

So cute and such a beautiful setting! We loved hanging by the pool and going to El Gaucho winery down the road for dinner. House is very well decorated and clean.

Sandi is extremely friendly and attentive. This was our 4th year staying here and we plan on coming back for many more years to come. We are always treated like family and love all the many parts of her place. I can’t wait to visit it again.
