Caitlin's place was perfect for a week long get away in Austin. The location was close to all things downtown but also on a very quiet east Austin street. The office space was perfect for my wife and I to work while staying at the home.

The house is great, the backyard was so much fun for our kids, the sunsets in the house bring a stunning light. Everything is like on photos, host is accommodating and responsive. Thank you for the great experience!

While we didn’t get to stay at Sarah’s place due to loss of power during a thunderstorm, she was unbelievably helpful in getting us set up at another Airbnb and making sure we had a place to stay. She is an incredible host, and I would recommend staying with her any time.

We loved our stay here. Melody was a very responsive and friendly host. The home is very well equipped. The beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed all the fun games. The kitchen was set up really well, with extras like coffee, tea, and spices. We walked to some great restaurants - Flitch Coffee and Veracruz All Natural. Plus the location was an easy Uber ride to all the hot spots. Highly recommend.

Cesar was super kind and an awesome host! It was a great little spot! Loved we could bring out fur family! It was close to a lot of things to do not far from anything it was right in the middle of everything! It had a fenced yard for our fur babies and it was overall awesome!

We had a great time staying in this apartment. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the rooftop pool was wonderful. The coffee shop in the lobby was also nice and convenient to have.

Great value in an excellent location. Check in was a bit tricky. Complex is like a maze but the screenshots provided during checkin with directions was helpful. We did get lost leaving the unit a couple times but after some time you get acclimated to the area. Never used our vehicle as there was tons to do in walking distance of the unit.

Phenomenal backyard complete with a cowboy pool and lots of seating. The location and decor were great as well. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the sheets, pillows, bedding were all great! The AC was cool, there were plenty of towels and they offered free Netflix. The location was perfect! So close to everything - just steps away from a 24 hour coffee house and a charming courtyard to relax. Host was great and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Austin. Thank you Austin Vacay!

My stay at The Overlook was very relaxing and peaceful. The house is stocked with all the amenities needed to feel like a home away from home. I loved the gourmet kitchen. The appliances and gadgets are all top quality. I loved the fancy coffee maker and there is also a beautiful espresso maker if you’re into that. The hosts made it easy by providing ground coffee in the fridge as well as creamer! The upstairs bathroom has a beautiful shower and is fully equipped with everything you need. The bed I slept in was comfortable and the linens spotless. The decor is tasteful with a fun Austin/Texas theme. The yard is fenced and private. This house is the perfect place to stay if you want to be near all that Austin has to offer but also want to have a comfortable home-base to come back to and recharge your batteries!

We had a great stay at Rebecca’s place! She was very kind in letting us have an extra pup stay with us. We felt very comfortable and at home. The only thing I would say is that the second bedroom was not a queen size bed, more like a full size. It was comfortable, but my husband and I (both on the smaller size), had to squish together to sleep. Otherwise, everything else in the home was perfect and well appointed. We enjoyed the backyard a lot and loved spending time in the sun room! Rebecca’s place had many of her personal things still there, and we weren’t sure what we could or could not use but it made the stay feel more personalized

Great located and due to Austins possibilities of different transportation suppliers easy to access the huge variety of coffee shops, restaurants and night life. The house was clean and easy to find and safe too. The style is something different but in a good way. Hosts quickly responded every time. I would check that out first if I'd visit Austin again.

Tamara and Sam were so helpful and thoughtful, very responsive to any question I had. Forth right with any information before I even reached out. I loved their place, so clean and comfy. We came for concerts and ate out a lot but the kitchen was well stocked with the things you’d need if you wanted to cook at home. The location was perfect! Walkable to a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. I have already recommended it several times and would definitely come back!

Great place and just as advertised. Great location, street parking is easy to find, and the space was super clean. Only warning is that the pull out couch bed is uncomfortable (theres a bar that stabs into your back) and you're better off just sleeping on it as a regular couch.

This was a great location in East Austin. The ACs were very helpful as someone not used to the heat! The ACs are noisy, so keep that in mind and the window shades don't block out the sun much, in case you're a light sleeper. The bed is soft and comfy. The place has quite a bit of space, it was nice. Sam was very responsive and accommodating.
