Our farm cottage is a great place to stay whilst working nearby, or as a stopover on the way further west or to have a longer break to explore what Devon and Cornwall has to offer. Normally we offer the whole cottage, (which sleeps 7), but we have now added a comfy sofa bed downstairs to allow guests to just stay for a night or two. *Note, bookings on this listing will only have access to ground floor of the cottage. Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Beside the main A388 road. Dogs are welcome at £20 each per week. On the Devon Cornwall border. You would be welcome to walk along our stretch of the river Tamar whilst staying with us. There is a Garden Centre with Cafe and soft play area for children approx 320 meters from the cottage. Patio, BBQ. Wi-fi inc. Beauty therapy such as massage, aromatherapy and other treatments available at the farm.

Plenty of parking. Beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. One bedroom but plenty of space to use the put-you-up beds and use a cot. The lounge has a double sofa bed. Own kitchen and Bathroom. Private entrance. Secluded gardens. Close to the town centre and access to the A388. Well behaved pets allowed. Access to small gym. Free WiFi.
