Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže. Mali Rat is beautifull and peacefull place with perfect sea view between Omiš 5km and Split 15km, with a 10 min walk from the beach. The appartment is surrounded with pine trees all around that creat great natural shadows. Perfect place for a good rest if you want to avoid noisy beaches and crowdy places. Near the appartment on the road is bus station that goes every 20min, from Omiš to Split and reverse. Best way to visit Split is by bus. Welcome!
