Vacation rentals with a patio in Dugi Rat

Ana’s place was perfect for what we needed! It was in a quiet area with walking distance away from the town and the stores. Ana was also very responsive and proactive with her communication!

The location of the apartment was great and the apartment was perfectly equipped. The kitchen even had basic food, spices and detergents ready. In addition, there were fruits, homemade bread, pastries and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Petar is a great host. His service, kindness and response speed to messages is really good. Even the parking fee for the car on the street was taken care of in advance for the entire rental period. Really excellent service. We can recommend 100%.

We had the warmest welcome possible. Luciana even made supper because we arrived late. The garden is amazing and you feel and see the passion and time that is put into it. The garden is mostly edible, fresh fruit and tea are always present! It’s a little paradise of tranquility and a perfect place to visit Omis, Split or the multiple beaches all around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Luciana is the warmest host and made us feel right at home!

Ines’ was a wonderful host and her place is beautiful. She gave very in depth & clear instructions that were super helpful with checking in and finding her place. The view from her location is breath taking with a great walking/running path nearby. I would definitely recommend her place is you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

We had the most fantastic five days here, it was a real shame to leave so soon! The house was immaculately clean and the family met us for check in. They were so warm, helpful and accommodating, the perfect hosts. The house is just brilliant, in fact it’s two small houses. We put the teenagers in one and we had the other, this worked perfectly for us but perhaps not ideal if you have small children, although it’s flexible to set up however suits. The crazy golf, boule, pool, fireplace for cooking, gym (we obv didn’t use that!) and playground are simply brilliant. So much to keep everyone entertained. Easy walk in to Supetar which has a nice vibe and great spot to explore the island from. All in all we had the best time, perhaps our favourite ever AirBnB house.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Great accommodation and the facilities were great.

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

Wow! What a villa! If you want a peaceful, private, idyllic setting for a holiday then look no further. The pictures simply don’t do this property justice! Petra was helpful throughout and very responsive - an amazing host! Excellent facilities including private pool and outdoor cooking area perfect for 4/5 people! A car is essential as the property is high on a mountain side, which can also attract a few clouds in the mornings - but doesn’t impact your holiday at all. We had such a lovely stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and just steps away from the sea and a beautiful promenade—perfect for morning walks and sunset views. Marija was incredibly kind and welcoming. We honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

I highly recommend everyone to choose this listing! The apartment looks even better than the photos. The balcony stole our heart, a beautiful view, and plenty of space to relax. Very close to everything. Very good contact with Marina, always helpful. It was nice to spend a vacation in such a beautiful place.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

The place was excellent. With a great view. The renter welcomed us and she was treating us really good. I recommend everyone to stay in her apartment.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

Small, but very nice and clean appartment. Well equipped as well ! We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is exactly as described with modern, clean and high quality furnishings. There is plenty of spare pillows, blankets, towels etc with a fully operational kitchen and accessories. The local bar/restaurant area is 10 min walk away and shops within 5 mins. We did have a small issue with the key pad not working which gains access to the property (there is a set of keys that gain access to but it was left inside) and lucky the cleaner was able to let us in. Niki the host is very thorough and was quick to rectify the issue so overall the stay was 10/10 and would use this again and definitely recommend to all potential visitors. Lovely property and a great location.
