Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

Relax in this cozy and beautiful newly designed home. The apartment has 69 m2 , was renovated in 2023 and offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen , a loggia to the south, two dressing bedrooms , and a bathroom. Every room is air conditioned. TVs are set up in the living room and in both bedrooms, and Netflix service is offered. The apartment is only 150 meters from the beautiful pebble beach. There are shops and cafes in the building.

You'll love this place because you can jump in the crystal clean sea directly from your bed; because of the scent of the sea, wonderful sunsets and sunrises, magical summer views and the coziness. Our beach place is ideal for couples and families with kids, and furry friends (pets).

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
