We don't have private parking space, but there is free public parking 100 meters away from the apartment. Bus station is 200 meters away from the apartments. The apartment has 69 m2 , was renovated in 2023 and offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen , a loggia to the south, two dressing bedrooms , and a bathroom. Every room is air conditioned. TVs are set up in the living room and in both bedrooms, and Netflix service is offered. The apartment is only 150 meters from the beautiful pebble beach. There are shops and cafes in the building.
