Great Lothian Regional Transport (LRT) buses nearby as well. A lovely 20 minute walk into Portobello for loads of bars and restaurants plus the bonus of being right next to the beach. About 30 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful golf courses in Scotland.

Stayed with Samuel and Violeta for 3 nights and couldn’t be happier! They were both so incredibly friendly and hospitable and made us feel at home. They stayed up late on our arrival day to let us in, and Samuel helped us carry our bags up. They had great recommendations for places in Edinburgh! The room and flat was beautifully decorated, the toilets and shower so clean and looked after. They had even made sure the room had everything you could need; umbrella, aspirin, hairdryer and an extra cozy blanket. If I was ever in Edinburgh again this is the first and only place I would look to book. 🌟 Thank you again Samuel and Violeta 🤗 /Melanie and Linnea

We had a great time at Carlos’ place! We felt completely at home and had everything there that we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast he provided - the first morning he even packed up breakfast for us in boxes because we had to leave early. Very thoughtful and kind! He is a very nice person and we had good chat with him before we left. Thank you for everything! We’d definitely stay at your place again! :-)

Emily’s apartment is in a wonderful location along the promenade, the views are spectacular, and it was so easy to get a bus or taxi into town. Her place was pristine, beautifully decorated and she included some lovely little treats and super helpful instructions. It made my stay for the Edinburgh Marathon festival a really special trip! Thank you :)

David and his partner Susannah were absolutely lovely! Super friendly and helpful to talk to, the room was comfortable and had all the essentials we'd need, the place is in close proximity to dozens and dozens of wonderful restaurants and shops, even an Aldi for grocery needs! And the price was really reasonable! The neighborhood is so safe and calm too! If I could rate David higher, I would! ❤️ If you find yourself in Edinburgh, please book a stay with David, you won't regret it!

Mike was so kind and made us feel super comfortable! The place is perfectly placed right outside the city center with a bus just a 5 min walk away. The place was so cute and clean! The dog was very friendly and very adorable! 10/10 recommend staying here.

A better location than expected! Thanks to excellent directions, we were able to access with a tram ride and short walk. We could walk to the major tourist sites. Most of all, we were in a nice residential area - quiet and with amenities close at hand (groceries, bus, restaurants). We really appreciated this.
