The Shepherds Bothy sits on a quiet farm track, a few minutes walk from our Coffee Shop on the estate. Previously used as a house for the estate Shepherd over 100 years ago, later on it was used as the Gas works for the Castle. When electricity was installed the Castle, the cottage was left to nature and became a store for old baths and cookers!
