There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

Peaceful location with great walks along the coast. Self contained studio with private entrance, drive and garden. Close to Canterbury, Deal and Dover to visit and explore their historic attractions. Easy access to ferry crossing and Le Shuttle for France and high speed rail to London in approximately 1 hour. Walking distance to picturesque village of St. Margaret’s at Cliffe in an AONB. It has two local pubs serving food with a convenience store and post office.

Woodman's Cottage forms part of the original Kearsney Court private estate set in a private location surrounded by woodlands and within walking distance of the parks and cafe of Kearsney Abbey. Located a couple of minutes walk from the new Kearsney Abbey wedding venue! Woodman’s Cottage is a 10 minute drive from Dover Castle and the beach. Perfect location for a trip over to France with the ferry a 10 minute drive and the Eurotunnel/le shuttle a 15 minute drive.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

The property is based at the rear of the main house and access is via a gravel path.
