It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Jubilee Cottage - A Georgian gem by the sea.

Built in the 1780s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (just 50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed environment for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or to just relax.

The promenade, endless golden sands, Sea Scrub Sauna, a row of funky beach bars, and the Shakespeare Pub are all within 2 minutes’ walk away. The promenade leads you around to the Turner Contemporary, the Harbour Arm and Old Town, all a 10 minutes walk away, with bars, beach shops and restaurants en route.

Just a stone's throw from the busy High Street and train station, it provides a convenient and characterful base for exploring the town, the local coastline and the wider East Kent region, with its picturesque walks, beaches, and many excellent golf courses. Pets are very welcome by arrangement. The garden is sunny and has outside seating to make the best of warm evenings.

Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

Dungeness Eco Beach Retreat with Sea Views

Sunspot is a secluded location removed from the bustle. The house is close to the beach with great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness, a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses. Pilot fish restaurant nearby. Sunspot is heated by an air source heat pump by renewable energy. Accommodating 6: 2 bedrooms and mezzanine twin

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
