A homely and quite stylish bungalow with large, light soaked conservatory, and garden (part wild, part gardened). Botany Bay with it's expansive beach and chalk cliffs is at the end of the road. The amenities are pretty good - but there's no hot tub or pool, sorry. Good wi-fi, terrestial TV, sound system, games, jig saws, wierd art and recently re-fitted kitchen. Nearby is the Margate scene - with everything from classic fish and chips to the Turner gallery, Broadstairs and Canterbury's not far.

Close to the market towns of Tenterden and Rye. The coast is 15 minutes drive. Historic castles etc close by. Many public footpaths and the Saxon Way. Beautiful coastal area, popular with cyclists and wine lovers . Ashford Intl Train station is 20 mins for London etc. Private parking. Pets welcome.

Cosy self contained annex with off road parking. 25 mins walk to the harbour where you can sample the famous Whitstable oysters. 17 mins walk to town centre where there are numerous independent shops. 15 mins walk from train station, easy access to London. 10 mins walk to Crab and Winkle Line. 10 minute drive to Canterbury, 25 minute drive to Maidstone, 20 minute drive to Thanet. Please note that there’s building in a nearby field so occasionally some noise may be heard during the daytime.
