Our small cottage is part of a farmhouse in the countryside of Castagneto Carducci. Do you love being in contact with nature and tranquility? Do you like walks on the semi-deserted beaches, or cycling to discover some of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany? Do you love good, authentic food? And what about Bolgheri wines? Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Il Corbezzolo

Il Corbezzolo was obtained from an old rural building that has been completely renovated, the building consists of a living area furnished with period furniture, a fireplace, and a masonry kitchenette. The air-conditioned double room is set up for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The bathroom has a shower. There is an abundant garden both for moments of relaxation and various activities, and for parking cars. In front of the Corbezzolo is Il Frassino, which is also part of the agriturismo.

For those who wish, it is possible—upon request—to share moments of cooking and conviviality, such as carefully prepared dinners to be enjoyed together, even by candlelight, in an intimate and welcoming setting.

The property is located in the heart of the Castagnetana countryside, near Donoratico (where you can find shops and supermarkets), about 3 km from the seaside resort of Marina di Castagneto (beaches, amusement park and restaurants) and about 10 km from Bolgheri, along the wine route you can admire the vineyards of the famous wineries.

Every detail has been designed to give you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition meets well-being: exposed wooden beams, ancient decorations patiently brought to light by me... and the principles of Feng Shui guide the design, colors and arrangement of the furnishings and rooms.
