Given the thick walls and its position, the temperature is always pleasantly cool even during the hot summer months. It comfortably accommodates 8 persons.

At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
