The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

"Il Frassino" Country House

Il Fassino, is a pretty little house built in 2024, consists of a large room organized in air-conditioned living and sleeping areas, bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned solar greenhouse and a porch. Typical Tuscan garden with large shaded areas; a hedge separates it from the Accattapane road. Relaxation space available for any activity and car parking. In front of the Frassino there is another little house, Il Corbezzolo, belonging to the farm.
