The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

In the beautiful Kesseltal, nature enthusiasts and animal lovers will find a wonderful place to relax. Our vacation home is a small renovated discharge house, connected to a greenhouse/conservatory and surrounded by fruit trees and animals. Our children will be happy to take you on a small tour of the farm to the animals. There are chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, ponies, dogs, quails, cats, cows and calves. Feel free to book pony rides or a horseback ride.

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
