In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Bieswang is a small district of Pappenheim, so you are in a quiet, rural area. Shopping is available in Bieswang directly (butcher, vegetables, egg shop), as well as in the surrounding villages and towns such as Pappenheim, Treuchtlingen & Eichstätt.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Sankt Maria - for families, groups, seminars

This former rectory is great for spending time with extended family, multiple families and friends. In addition to the bedrooms and kitchens, seminar rooms, a gastronomic kitchen that goes out to the garden and a music room with a concert grand piano can be rented.
