Our vacation home is a small renovated discharge house, connected to a greenhouse/conservatory and surrounded by fruit trees and animals. Our children will be happy to take you on a small tour of the farm to the animals. There are chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, ponies, dogs, quails, cats, cows and calves. Feel free to book pony rides or a horseback ride.

The Fugger city of Augsburg (26 km), Nördlingen (36 km) and Donauwörth (20 km) are easily accessible by car (B2) and train. The apartment has a separate sleeping area with double bed, a new fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher...), Living area with sofa bed and TV, a new bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. The cozy 50 m² apartment in the basement of our single-family home offers everything for a relaxing stay. It has a comfortable king size bed and a sofa bed with double bed function. Ideal for couples, family or friends. The city center is a 20-minute walk, bakery and shopping are nearby. The Kraterbad (in winter) is a 5-minute walk away. Free parking is available right in front of the house. For relaxing days in a quiet location.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

The apartment has about 80 sqm with a total of two bedrooms, a large and bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom including shower. In addition, a balcony and free parking on the premises are available. The apartment is located in the center of the Ries Geopark with only about 10 km away from the famous old town of Nördlingen.
