Waterfront vacation rentals in Destin

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

After reading all the other reviews - I couldn't agree more! It wasn't just the place that made this airbnb special, it was the hosts Rick and Sylvia. We typically like to be left alone when at a place, but Rick and Sylvia were both so welcoming, helpful and entertaining that I wouldn't have it any other way! We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again.

Well-equipped for a beach stay. They furnish everything you will need...wagon, chairs, towels, toys, and more. Communication was great. They have carts to haul your luggage/stuff up & down to your room. Restaurant right next door if you are too tired to go out. Several restaurants just right down the road too. Close walk to the beach. Nice pool. Great place, highly recommend. I have stayed in many and they know how to Airbnb!

This is our 4th visit and once again, no disappointments here! The water view is priceless and Chuck takes amazing care of his rentals both cottage and boat rentals. He is the nicest guy you could ever meet and we really look forward to staying at Chuck’s place every single time. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

What an amazing spot! The view was simply breathtaking and we could walk right out to the beach. There was so much around the area to do as well! Would definitely come back again!!

Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

Had such a lovely time on a last-minute girl’s trip. House was fantastic, pool was refreshing, and the bonus of including a golf cart helped tremendously. Would definitely stay again!

23 Aquamarine was a great spot for our 3 generation getaway. Access to water, shopping, and main roads is ideal ( and the $ store is a short walk). Groundskeeping at the facility is top drawer. The unit itself had plenty of room for post beach recovery and personal space. We made good use of the kitchen, too.

Everything was great! Good location, pretty house! Only thing was the beds were a little uncomfortable and the floor was sticky, other than that we loved our stay! Phillip was also awesome and responsive!

Nancy is a great host! 💫 The view was so nice especially to watch the very common occurrence of lighting! ⛈️ Just as an FYI, we didn't realize we'd be taking the toll road to Destin so keep that in mind ($4 each way). 🤑 The bed was new, but way too soft for my husband and I... Caused us to sink into each other and unfortunately, lead to uncomfortable/minimal sleep. 🫤 Lol we also didn't realize it's a sliding barn door to the bathroom so one of us would go outside to ensure privacy 🤫 We still really enjoyed our stay and leveraged MANY of our hosts recommendations from her guide book! 🤗

We had a great stay at Johnnys! Short walk to the beach, the kids loved the pool and turtles out back! We had 9 people and more than enough space! Would stay again!

Very nice and clean house minus the outside grill (it needs to be cleaned). Parking wasn’t quite what I was thinking/expecting, but still adequate for our needs. Very beautiful back yard view of the water. Water was shallow, so the guys didn’t get any fishing in, but my six year old daughter loved the beach area and host provided plenty of outside/sand toys. The small back bedroom was a bit stuffy with not a lot of air flow, but a floor fan was provided. Basic kitchen items provided. Overall it’s a very cute and clutter free place. Would book again if our dates align for our yearly fishing trip.

Shelly was a great host. On our first day there we found one of kayaks had a hole she purchased a kit to repair it right away, also on the next to last we were there the microwave stopped working she had it replaced within a couple hours. My family and I loved the house and location and he will definitely look to stay there the next time we are in town

Firstly - the listing photos do not do the view justice! Next to being right on the sand, time spent on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunset was our favorite time. The condo complex is well laid out - with plenty of parking, three pools and three beach access points. Having chairs and an umbrella reserved - courtesy of our hosts - was fantastic! Bring yourself, a towel and some snacks - that’s all you need for a great beach day! Walmart for groceries and other necessities is just around the corner (walkable) as were some restaurants and souvenir shops. It’s an easy drive from the Panama City airport. We’d love to stay again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place felt incredibly homey and welcoming. Everything was spotless, with plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The beds were super comfortable, with soft sheets and great pillows that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The location was fantastic, with easy beach access, and I loved having a balcony overlooking the beach. It was also great having a dining room table and a large island in the kitchen, which made meals really convenient. The only downside was that the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo and it was truly the best view we’ve ever had from any vacation rental. It was stocked with everything we needed and was warm and inviting. This was a great place for parents and teens and we’ve already shared it with friends back home in Dallas. We’ll be back!

It was our first time in Destin and we absolutely loved the villa! It was so beautiful and clean. Very comfortable and we had plenty of space. The pool area was right outside our villa and we loved the patio area where I sat every morning eating breakfast while enjoying the views. I will most definitely book the same villa if I ever return to the area. The hosts were very responsive and explained everything very thoroughly. Thank you guys for letting us stay at your place. We had a blast!

Mark & Pam’s Air BnB lived up to their stellar reviews! My husband and I had a lovely stay over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The condo looked just like the photos + Mark & Pam had amazing recommendations of things to do and places to eat every day. Mark & Pam also supplied ALL the beach essentials- towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. On our first day, we discovered the umbrella was broken and they were quick to purchase and deliver a new one to our door. If you can, definitely rent bikes! We loved biking into Rosemary Beach every day for dinner, ice cream, or the farmer’s market. All in all a beautiful and perfect beach trip- will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

I really enjoyed by stay! The unit was great, beautiful views, quiet surroundings (even with it being a holiday weekend), assigned parking space in the parking garage near the elevator, and having the beach service made for a great stay!!
