James is amazing host- very responsive and accommodating. Place was exactly as described, great location, very cute and clean. View is amazing and pool downstairs is a big plus for the hot days. We came to Destin for baseball tournament -we love the place. Strongly recommend.

After reading all the other reviews - I couldn't agree more! It wasn't just the place that made this airbnb special, it was the hosts Rick and Sylvia. We typically like to be left alone when at a place, but Rick and Sylvia were both so welcoming, helpful and entertaining that I wouldn't have it any other way! We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again.

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

Stayed at this apartment and honestly, it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better — just a straight 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are all super close. The apartment itself was really comfortable. One thing I appreciated the most was how great the sleeping setup was. In Florida, it’s either too hot or freezing from the AC, but here everything felt just right. The ceiling fans in every room were a great touch — made the whole place feel fresh and breezy. The design of the apartment was really nice, cozy but modern. We were a group of four, including a 4-year-old, and it felt super safe and comfortable for all of us. The pool was also great — not crowded at all, even in June. Lots of parking available and super easy access from the garage to the elevator. Would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be booking again next time!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Sandra was friendly and very quick to respond when we had questions. However, we barely had any to ask because her instructions and recommendations were extremely clear and detailed. We ran into no issues during our time there. We did not use the kayaks but were impressed with the option to use them. There was so much to do within 20 minutes each way. We would definitely stay here again!

Monica’s place was as described. Building and parking lot can be a bit confusing to navigate but that’s to no fault of the place. Beach space is easy to access but not much space unless you plan on paying the crazy prices for an umbrella and chair usage that they make sure create a wall between you and the beach (again, no fault of the rental) pool is heated and nice with hot tub on one side which we spent some good time in. Had live music at the outside pavilion one night we were there. It is at the end of a quiet road so getting in and out isn’t too difficult. The condo itself was clean, and well supplied. The bedroom windows open up to the public hallway outside the room and not much light gets down anyways so the bedroom stays very dark all day. The balcony was nice to sit on and relax. Bed is very firm memory foam and pillows could use replacing as they are quite flat. AC works good.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ackerman Boat House! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was stocked with all the essentials—plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, coffee, condiments, etc…,and a fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The hosts, Derek and Marti, were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The toys provided were a huge hit with my grandkids and added an extra layer of fun to our trip. The fenced backyard gave us peace of mind while kids were playing and our pet was out. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—just perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We truly had nothing but good things to say about this stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be booking again!

Our stay at this condo was lovely! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was having the convenience of a boat lift and being so close to Crab Island—it made our trip even more enjoyable. 23 Aquamarine was a great spot for our 3 generation getaway. Access to water, shopping, and main roads is ideal ( and the $ store is a short walk). Groundskeeping at the facility is top drawer. The unit itself had plenty of room for post beach recovery and personal space. We made good use of the kitchen, too.

Host was wonderful. Ken was very attentive and check-in through check-out was extremely smooth. They have a beautiful place that we enjoyed thoroughly. Ken is the most responsive host I’ve ever met.

This place is an absolute gem—one of our very favorite Airbnbs! Mark and Melinda went above and beyond—extra clean condo, comfy beds, quality towels, beautiful decor, snacks, extra toothbrushes, etc. It was the little details that meant the most to us. The resort grounds were beautiful as well and the pool was super clean. A quick, easy walk to the beach (where we spent most of our time). Check in was super quick and easy. We can’t say enough good things about this property! A wonderful experience all around!

This penthouse is exactly as listed- it is the most perfect location, just a simple step from the boardwalk, meaning all nightlife and restaurants are right at your doorstep. The dock right below the balcony allows for many activities such as renting pontoons to be just a step away. A 10 minute drive from beautiful beaches, and easy to get anywhere like target or stores, because it’s right on the highway. It was perfect for our large group of 7, and the apartment was super clean. Ryan is very responsive and a great host. Would recommend this Airbnb, and Destin, to anyone! (And the beds and pillows are incredibly comfy!!!!!!!)

This is our second stay here and we will be coming back again! Very clean and quiet place to stay with a nice pool. Easy walk to the beach too.

Lisa, the office manager was very kind and helpful. We even had to change our dates at the last minute and it was no problem. The place is located very close to the walkway to the beach, which was so convenient. It was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures. We would definitely go back.

When traveling with 3 young boys adventure always awaits us parents. We had a long drive in and Julie was very accommodating to our arrival and check out times. When we arrived we found a beautiful condo with all the extras needed. The kitchen was stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. Plus a wagon to help get all the goodies to the beach. Julie’s communication throughout it all was beyond 5 star. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. After a bad host experience at our last Air BnB in New Mexico, Julie made me have faith again. I will definitely be staying at her place again. Thank you so much Julie from the bottom of my heart.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place felt incredibly homey and welcoming. Everything was spotless, with plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The beds were super comfortable, with soft sheets and great pillows that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The location was fantastic, with easy beach access, and I loved having a balcony overlooking the beach. It was also great having a dining room table and a large island in the kitchen, which made meals really convenient. The only downside was that the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Our host was very nice and great at communicating. Everything she did on her part was great. We didn't enjoy the area as much as we thought we would but that is more of a personal preference. Some office staff were very polite but the workers on the beach were rude and off putting. Maybe a rough day in the sun, I'm not sure. Either way, thank you Rindy for opening your home up to us. It has a beautiful view and I appreciate the little touches to make it feel like our own place.

Wonderful stay in Destin. Excellent location! Close to everything. Private beach access was perfect. Beautiful beach and plenty of room. Even a little bar and restaurant called the Sand Flea. The apartment has everything you need and can think of. Loved how the outside closet has everything you could need for the beach. Plenty of towels, even beach towels. Kitchen has everything you would ever need to make anything. The Keurig machine was nice for coffee. Washer and dryer was so nice to have. Josh was always available and responsive whenever we needed. We felt right at home and welcome. The family had a wonderful time. The welcome basket with goodies was nice too. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo was absolutely amazing! The views are breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and watching the moon shine from the balcony is pure bliss. The condo is clean, modern, and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The host is responsive and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend this gem!

Li was very responsive and kept me informed ahead of time of a last minute fire system check that maintenance had to do while we were there. The view was great and even better than the beachfront view I had at The Island last summer. The view was especially great for the Wednesday night fireworks! Not only that, but I was able to keep an eye on my teen daughters from the balcony when they wanted to stay down at the pool while we went up to the condo. There were a few pool/beach toys in the deck storage box, but we also left a few boogie boards for the next guests! Having a kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit were a life changer! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and hope to return in the future!
