Townhome vacation rentals in Destin

We had a great week in Teresa’s townhouse. Everything was as described and looked just like the pictures. We didn’t have any issues while there. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

5 star rating!!! I really enjoyed our stay! I will definitely be back! It was so peaceful, the house was very clean! The location is close to everything and the pictures matched the actual house! This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Some highlights: • The place was very clean and well maintained as well as nicely decorated. • Beds were very comfortable — we all slept great. • Plenty of bath towels were provided, which was appreciated. • The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans and the complimentary bag of Starbucks coffee for the first morning was a thoughtful touch. • There was a 6-person golf cart included which was a definite bonus and made getting around very easy. • Four bikes were also included, which we enjoyed using during our stay. A few inconveniences: • Beach towels were not provided, so make sure to bring your own. • Supplies such as toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) were limited. • Early check-in was not allowed, and we weren’t permitted to leave our bags on the property if arriving before check-in time, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this property and location.

Beautiful house and amazing location. Loved being able to walk right to the beach and was easy with small children. The house is beautiful and it was very clean and comfortable. So close to Seaside and excellent restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Paul and LeAnne’s place! Two min walk to the beach and very close to the pool and pickleball courts. They did a great job communicating with us before and during our stay. The umbrella and chair set up at the beach was great. The newly remodeled kitchen is nice. We had to move the microwave to a different spot to get it to work. But other than that, the kitchen worked really well for our group. Thank you for the stay! Will definitely return in the future!

What an amazing house for my family and I! We traveled with an 8 year old, 5 year old and 2 1/2 year old for reference. Of course the stairs were extremely popular for my 2 year old. Both rooms are upstairs. Very spacious beds and rooms. Plenty of clean white towels to use, and the washer and dryer came in handy! The house was very clean and organized. Irene messaged me during our stay to make sure everything was ok and asking if we needed anything. She was very sweet, patient with all my questions, and attentive. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. Irene provided a wagon, beach umbrellas and beach towels so that was nice to not pack. The community is very safe and quiet. The only thing to keep mindful of, especially with young kids, is the noise level due to the older neighbors right next door. Luckily at night it wasn’t an issue because my kids were tired, but they also wake up super early! We were all sad to leave and can’t wait to return. We were very lucky to find this place!

Loved everything about Tracy's place & our time there! Very clean and the location was perfect for us with our 3 kids (ages 1, 3 & 5). The pool closest to this condo is also the best pool on the Sandestin Resort in our opinion. Super helpful that she has beach chairs for guests to use!! We did have 1 hiccup with the golf cart battery (I think just due to age of golf cart) but Tracy & her husband were both super quick to communicate and resolve the issue! Overall, would stay there again and recommend to anyone we know!

This was a perfect location for us. Walking access to a beautiful beach and 20 minutes away from Andrew's Park, Rosemary Beach and other great beach spots. The additional bonus for us was the possibility to bring our dog with us. Very comfortable place for a family of 4.

The place is great and nice, I like the gated community and golf cart access so we didn’t have to take our cars out very often. Just a short 5 min golf cart drive to the beach. My family enjoyed staying here a lot. Kids definitely enjoyed the bunk beds. Host also has a variety of beach amenities ready so we didn’t have to rent anything at the beach, which is so nice. They also have beach ball and toys. Will book again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The resort was quiet and family friendly. Check in was easy and was offered to us at noon because it was ready ahead of time. Location was perfect.. in the heart of many restaurants and activities for the whole family or 20 somethings. I would highly recommend using the golf cart it does make it easier if you have many things to carry.. we brought our own beach chairs so using the cart made it easier. We would definitely stay again when we return next year.

Chip was a great host and shared a lot of recommendations that we checked out during our stay. The place was perfect for us. 2 nice size bedrooms and great baths. Great washing machine and dryer as well as all great appliances. We took advantage of the great kitchen. We also really enjoyed the balcony. The Prominece is also perfect for doggies. Jody & Tom

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring 30A. Jacquelyn was an amazing host - super responsive and so helpful with local recommendations. You can tell she really cares about making your stay special. Such a great find - I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful vacation and the house was a big part of it. It was perfect for our group of 5. We drove 12 hrs from Texas and we didn’t have room for beach chairs but the house had some! The mattresses were very comfy which were great after our long trip and perfect after a nice shower after being on the beach all day. We’re already talking about being back.

Condo was definitely as described Chic and Cozy!!!! We loved having 3 showers 3 deck areas . The condo was perfect for us . Wendi thought of everything all the necessities!!!!
