Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

We are a 0.5 mile from Sullivan beach and boat launch on Houghton Lake, minutes from trails that lead you to Liotta, Saint Helen, West, Branch, and more. We love this place, and everyone we bring here does too. Newly renovated it has just the right amount of rustic and new. This log cabin is a great place to unwind with a game of disc golf, corn hole or just relax by the campfire. Perch Lake is a half mile up the road if you like to fish, swim, or kayak. only 30 min. from Traverse City the possibilities are endless. Casinos, wineries, and fine dining and tons of outdoor activities.
