The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Enjoy up north without being too close to neighbors!

Lakefront retreat with spectacular sunsets

Newly renovated lakefront property with some of the best sunsets on Houghton Lake. 3 bedrooms (6beds), two full bathrooms are perfect for multi family stays. Family friendly accommodation with many amenities (kayak, paddle boards, fire pit, swimming ) to relax and unwind with your loved ones! The sleeping layout has a king bed in two of the rooms, and two bunk beds in the third room. Bunks are Full beds on bottom (ok for adults), and twin beds on top, only good for people under 140lbs

Houghton Lake Escape

Our vacation property escape is super comfortable. It includes all dishes, pans, utensils you'll need. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with full bed. Fully stocked w/10 cup coffeemaker. Air Conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room area. TV with Live TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious, featuring chairs and lounges.

Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Our rental cottages are a very unique set-up. We offer a side by side duplex, both are directly on the water. This is a GREAT set-up to bring the in laws or family friends. Open your front door and look out the large living room windows to the beautiful waterfront. The private lakefront consists of 75’ on the water, 100’ foot of dock, very sandy bottom great for swimming, bon fire pit and much, much more. This listing is for entire duplex, (2 cottages).

Perfect for extended stays, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the rental includes 2 kayaks for added fun. The cottage features 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a Murphy Bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. Please note, the dock is not available for use. Enjoy a relaxed check-out time until 11 AM.
