Such a cute place. Excellent amenities, very clean, easy to access, close to plenty of restaurants and was perfect for accessing the DE Turf Sports complex where my son was competing in a lacrosse tournament.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's. She had all the luxuries of home and so many added amenities that we needed. The location was perfect from a short walk to downtown and the beach. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio in the early mornings chatting with the squirrels, bunnies and baby geese as they visited us. She provided us with a parking pass to downtown and she was very prompt when we asked questions. We definitely would like to rebook next year.

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

Dwayne has an excellent place in the heart of historic New Castle, Delaware. You can walk to everything in the old part of the city. The place is located on an alley which reduces the amount of traffic, plus it is directly across from my favorite cafe in New Castle which Dwayne also owns called Mercury Cafe. The cafe is interesting since you can meet friendly people who stop there from many different parts of the world. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a living room with ethernet access, and a large fully-equipped kitchen, along with a back patio where you can sit and relax. It is on the first floor. The air conditioning works very well.

Great place, great location, great amenities, the only thing that wasn’t great was the weather but the location and amenities of her place made our stay great. Did I say great? Lol.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location to park your car and walk everywhere around historic New Castle. Inside was adorable & comfortable. Amenities provided were a great touch (water, snacks, coffee, tea, toiletries for shower, towels, etc). Bed was super comfy with luxuriously soft bedding! In the front closet for our use was 2 folding chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 ponchos. Restaurants were across the street and within a block or two walk. Our favorites were Jessop’s Tavern, Rancho Azteca Restaurant and the Mercury Cafe and Tea House. The park and walk along the waterfront was very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were great and we thank them for sharing this place with us.

Great location, just off the highway, had no problem finding a spot to park. Very clean unit, Each bedroom had its own bath, which is a bonus. Kitchen clean and updated Walked to Coterie Cafe, for breakfast! Very small place, very friendly and the food was wonderful, just a couple blocks away! Will stay again if we get back to the area!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely short stay at Tom's place in mid June. The loft was extremely clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the little basket of snacks! The place was thoughtfully stocked with anything we could have needed - a first aid kit, extra towels and linens, a half-sized fridge (which was really cool!), and a soft night light near the stairs in case you had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We would absolutely stay here again. Next time, we'll be sure to bring bikes to make the trip to the beach even easier.

My wife and I had a great time on our one year anniversary getaway. This stay is nice and private, and a short drive away from all the busyness of Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach. The only thing I will say is be prepared to pay for parking if you drive to Rehoboth Beach! They utilize the park mobile app, which is great, but they have meter readers walking around all day long. There is also a park N ride near this stay, so if you prefer that I would recommend it.

Johnny is truly a super host. After a botched housing situation for my external rotations, I found Johnny’s place. It was clean, peaceful, safe and walkable. The parking garage is a huge bonus, no circling the block to find a spot. Johnny is responsive, friendly and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks for the respite Johnny!

I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

I had a great experience during my stay with Paola and Juan! Check-in and check-out instructions were easy and the spot was in a convenient location for my trip to DE.

We had a peaceful stay at Lilia’s place, and were under a 5 minute drive to my parents place in the Vineyards. This Airbnb is walkable to cvs, bakeries and Arenas diner, which worked out well for us to get food on the go. The two beds and two bathrooms also worked out well for a family of three. The amenities are modern including the HBAC, and was nice to have an outdoor space as well. WiFi worked for two of us to work and our daughter to stream videos. We would go back!

This place was great, everything you could ask for clean. 30 seconds to the beach, just a few blocks from restaurants, felt safe!

Ian’s place was perfect in every way, and he was a great host. I cannot think of a single thing to complain of.

Erin was a great host. She was well communicative and was kind enough to adjust our dates when I got sick two days before our trip. Her place exceeded our expectations. It had such a cozy feel to it and even made me miss our days of living in an apartment. Everything was clean and tidy and well stocked. Since it is an apartment we did hear other people moving around above us and outside every now and then but it didn’t really affect our stay. The only thing that I wished were different were curtains (as opposed to just blinds) being in the bedrooms because the lights from the parking lot kept the room pretty well lit at night and the sun came through really early in the morning. Even with that we would stay again.

This place was clean and had lots of room. We booked extremely last minute and it did not affect our group's experience at all, only that we were so sad to not be able to spend much time there! 100% Reccomend

Beautiful, clean home that was perfect for vacation for family of 7. Great location with lots to do. We took advantage of the fitness facility, pool, beach, pickle ball, playground, community grills, tram and Sea Colony shops. Caroline was extremely easy to communicate with as she was highly responsive and proactive in providing helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the beach. 14th floor, very quiet and you rarely hear your neighbors. The balcony you can hear the waves with access from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked and great to have laundry in unit. You do need to wear a badge and security checks often.

This is a beautiful and calm place, thank you for the warmth welcome. I would definitely comeback.

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

Impeccable residence! All descriptions are ACCURATE, Kitchen is well appointed, we didn’t need to use any of our normal supplies we brought- My family all loved the plush bedding, house cleanliness. It is a much larger space than it seems in pictures. My 3 grand daughters loved hide and seek in this spacious one floor apartment. Back deck, with awning, great for grilling dinner, night time games. The expansive beach is right around the corner and was a hit with everyone. Many restaurants are only 3-5 minute drive into town. Dana is a great host! We’ll be back! Maybe even this year ….

A really well kept and clean space! Private entrance leads you up to the studio where you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is very well kept and looks exactly like the photos. Access to the shared pool is an added bonus! Location is right off the highway so easy to get to wherever you want to go.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Host was super responsive, super helpful, and super friendly, a wonderful stay! The place was warm, inviting, and quiet!
