While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. “Prime Hook Oasis” provides guests with their very own backyard beach. Take a walk along the beach, read a book on the deck, or take a bike ride through the wetlands. Beautiful sunrises on the bay to start your day and tranquil sunsets on the wetland finish your day. All four rooms have an amazing view of the waves or the wetlands. 10 min to Lewes, 10 feet to Broadkill beach, 30 mins to Rehoboth & 45 mins to Bethany.

No property is closer to the beach! Huge decks with amazing ocean views. Quiet and peaceful getaway. The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks and paddle boards are available free of charge with advance notice.
