The cottage was in a perfect location to walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make any type of food. The screened in porch was wonderful and allowed us to enjoy all of our meals outside.

Wonderful place in Rehobeth! Location was private and quiet with a quick walk to everything! Great hosts! We would definitely go and stay again!

Jaime’s place is now a bit of a tradition for me every summer and I enjoy introducing new family and friends to this oasis away from the crowds.

A beautiful peaceful place just minutes from the beaches. Jaime was super kind and pleasant to communicate with- both in Spanish and English. Other than the water having a metallic smell, it was a great place to relax and recharge. He also gives you fantastic recommendations of where to eat in the area. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay, super quick walk to get to the starboard or just to the beach. Hosts were amazing and friendly. House had everything you would need for a nice beach trip.

An extremely comfortable space. Cassandra had so many nice welcoming touches and amenities, with all kinds of drinks and snacks, so many coffee and tea options, and all the cooking supplies, pots, pans, etc. that we could need, including many extras like a blender and air fryer. The WiFi was strong, and there was so much space (I do online yoga while traveling, and all this space was a dream!) Cassandra was very responsive, and we will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town - highly recommend!!

Perfect amount of space for me and my two dogs with a little yard and a great neighborhood to walk them in. It was a perfect location and I felt very safe. I It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and close access to Wilmington and South PA. Would definately stay again when I come back.

The house was very nice. Everything was clean and the location to parks and the beach were the highlight. Communication was flawless and we did not have any problems with the stay.

Just spent a week at the pelican loft for my boyfriend and i’s 7 year anniversary. The perfect place! Felt right at home, Shannon was great to communicate with. 10/10 and will be coming back!

This was such a great place to stay everything felt very much at home. The animals on property are a great touch they are so cute and friendly and made the place 10x better! Overall and amazing host thanks to Danielle!

I loved the coziness and cleanliness of the tiny house. The kitchen amenities were plentiful and in great condition. Because I am not the best at operating more than one remote control, I commenced to freezing up the television and had to contact Gabrielle and Travis. Their response was immediate and Travis resolved the issue for me. The hosts are engaging, providing great information proor to my arrival and during my stay. This was my first stay in a tiny house and I enjoyed it greatly. Oftentimes I am picky about color schemes in a rental, as well as how the bed feels. This tiny house has an excellent accent wall that matches the sofa and compliments the overall decor. The bed is quite comfortable with nice linen. Oh, I almost forgot the great shower with its nice feeling body wash. This was a nice weekend getaway.

The photos don't do Judy's place justice! This is a stylish, beachy apartment in a fabulous location. Standouts include: - one block to the beach, two blocks to downtown. Leave the car and walk everywhere - very comfortable bed and stocked kitchen. Just bring a kettle and teapot if you are a tea lover like me - lovely neutral decor and lots of natural light This is the perfect rental for a couple or solo traveller. You'll enjoy the beautiful neighbourhood, perfect for non-beach strolls, and access to all the shops and food offerings of downtown. Navigation is slightly misleading - the driveway is actually around the corner from where it said it would be. Other than that, Judy communicated everything as it should be.

Nice host that goes out of his way to make sure those staying there are happy. Very affordable too.

The guesthouse was exactly as pictured, which was appreciated. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

This is a great location and only a short walk to the beach/town. Judy was very friendly and we had a great time!

Omg ..my family and I didn't want to leave..it was so beautiful and comfortable.. the host were very nice and helpful and made sure that we were comfy.. my daughter loved the pool and and patio was great for chilling in the morning. We will definitely be going back again..loved everything about it
