Located on route 1, only 3 miles from downtown Rehoboth (by car) where you can relax on the beach or take a walk on the boardwalk. Our condo is very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Free parking on premises, smart TV, WiFi.

The first floor condo. Easy access to the parking. 10 minutes to the beach and close to all the great restaurants. Tanger Outlet is across the street. Beach Bus stop is right by the entrance. A large pool is located right next to the building. A beach parking permit is provided during your stay here. All guests must be 25+ (except for the minors that must be accompanied by a legal guardian). ID’s may be requested. For the security of our property, a Ring camera is on the front door.

Newbold Square is tucked away in Rehoboth Beach on Silver Lake. It is a quiet, sleepy, 40 unit complex with a lakeside pool that offers sun and shade among towering trees. This condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage space. We supply linens, bath towels, four beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a gas grill. No pets are permitted. Our space is allergen free.
