Was very easy to check in, very clear on the instructions with locating the Airbnb. Place was clean, great WiFi, and private!

This was a perfect place to stay to walk to events on the UD campus! Jamie is a great host and very helpful through the booking process and while staying. We would definitely come back!

This was our fourth time staying at Carrie’s place and we always return! It’s so welcoming, pristine, and conveniently located to shopping and good eats. Carrie is a superb host and we hope to stay again.

We had a great time for our anniversary weekend! I ended up ill so we didn’t do much outside of watching movies. But it was super relaxing and the jacuzzi got its use!! The room was clean & had everything we needed. We also had some good local carryout!

John (or Don) and Cheryl had a very beautiful upscale guest house and took measures to make sure everything needed was available. Hard boiled eggs and muffins in the fridge were a great idea especially after traveling a distance. A guest book is on the desk to share your experiences and read other's too. We weren't able to stay longer but our stay was fun. 😊

The home is located in a nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants, shops and the Freeman Arts Pavilion. The suite is private, clean and comfortable. Linda communicated well and timely. I recommend staying here.

We had the best week staying here! Our pup is a little more nervous of crowds and other dogs so the private beach was amazing. The room was the perfect size for 2 people and a dog. The outdoor shower was actually really private and warm! Ashley was great at responding if any questions or problems came up. Lots of restaurants and shops just a short drive away where you can also take your dog! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great experience. The location is very convenient. Nicole is very friendly and responsive. We asked if there was crab trap and she prepared a couple of new traps for us to use. Very enjoyable and pleasant trip.

The place was very clean. A lot of thoughtful touches like to go coffee cups in the Keurig machines. We enjoyed watching TV on the big projector screen! Neighborhood is lovely and peaceful and we found a delicious farm fresh ice cream "Woodside Farm Creamery" only 10 minutes away!

These accommodations are absolutely perfect! Truly amazing. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. We would definitely return when in the area again. And the Host Paola was wonderful to work with!

Fresh, modern and clean space made us feel right at home. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Loved the Keurig! Perfect for any couple.

This is my 2nd time staying and again, it was awesome. I travel a lot for fishing and will not stay anywhere else when I do multiple day trips if I can help it. She’s a wonderful host, the space was cozy, and is so close to great food. 10/10!

I stayed here for a month during work trip and could not have been happier with the place. Kurt is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to accommodate me. The apartment is spacious and had everything I needed, and the washer and dryer in the garage were a lifesaver. I made use of the quiet neighborhood for jogging, and it’s very near a Target, ACME and several restaurants. If I come back to the area I will definitely be hoping Kurt’s place is available!

The home is so private and secluded. We loved it. The house is situated perfectly on a strip of beach between Primehook Nature Preserve and Delaware Bay. From the deck on the front of the house you see the marsh and sunsets and from the back deck you can watch the sun rise over the water. It is a new construction with unobstructed views from the windows and sliding glass doors, and everything is clean and well appointed. Falling asleep to the waves, watching the moon rise and waking to the sunrise without ever leaving bed were my favorite activities! We also loved watching the wild life. We watched a couple crabbing from the bridge one night and saw fox on our morning walks along the shore and even saw two bald eagles. Our grand children enjoyed the bay beach where the waves were not intimidating and we liked being only steps from the house! It was only a 20 minute drive to restaurants in the quaintest little town of Lewes. We look forward to vacationing here again!

One of the few places where we spent more than three weeks and it was great! The host is always in touch and always ready to help!

This is one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed in because of the attention to detail. Andrea has thought of everything to make your stay fantastic and very comfortable. Additionally, she was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating to my last minute request to stay on a road trip down the East Coast. Would love to stay again!
