Ladder to loft space and two twin beds. Small bathroom. Kitchen. Not much privacy, we live down the road, but are there at least twice a day taking care of our pigs, chickens and gardens. My family and I had a wonderful time here even in the rain! It’s so cozy and beautiful. We had a blast sitting by the fire to make s’mores. The kids had lots of space to run and play too! The Mountain View was everything you could ever want. I never wanted to leave. Host was very responsive when I had a question. It was extremely quiet and beautiful. The towns nearby were also very charming.

My 3 friends and I stayed here while attending Mountain Jam and felt comfortable and at home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out between the living room, dining area and back porch. The kitchen was well-supplied with appliances, cookware and dishes. Their property is so beautiful and the apartment is even nicer in person than in the photos. It is a garage apartment offering complete privacy. It was just a 15-20 minute drive from Belleayre. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts, very attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay here. Was perfect for our quick visit to SUNY Delhi. Great communication from our host and everything clean and organized! We were looking forward to arriving and heading downstairs to eat at the pub but it closes at 4 on Sundays so just be aware if that is your idea too. We were able to go the next day before heading home and had some great chicken wings! Cute town-we’ll be back and hope to stay here again!

Five-star experience, all around. We stayed for three nights in conjunction with the Mountain Jam festival at Belleayre Mountain resort. Gorgeous, beautifully appointed lodgings in a tranquil setting. Accommodations were spotlessly clean and provided every comfort. Host was outstandingly kind and patient with our (in retrospect) needy demands. Excellent communication. Warmly recommended!

Great spot to get out of the city for a few days. Perfect location for us as it was very close to friends we were visiting in the area. Walkable to a local coffee shop, cafe, deli/market, wine store, and gas station. The apt was very clean, bright, and had a wonderful historic charm to it. Very quiet, even for being on the main street. Highly recommend staying here for a central location to lots of lovely small towns, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, beautiful drives, and good local food. Jen and Caroline gave us great instructions and there was plenty of info in the apt when we got there on how to use the locks, lights, and whatnot.

We had a great stay! I loved the rental. Randy is very friendly and kind. There are so many thoughtful touches in this lovely apartment which is decorated and stocked with comfort and convenience in mind. The apartment is a short stroll to Dehli's Main Street which is home to several great places to eat. Every local person we encountered was just like Randy - helpful and kind. It is a very special village.
