Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Delaware County

Cathy is a great host and was friendly and responsive. We loved our time at the Tiny House! It was a perfect winter getaway for us. It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us and the location was peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for and we’d highly recommend staying at the Tiny House!

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was everything we were hoping for, nestled in a beautiful nook among the trees, it felt like a perfect escape. The house itself was cozy, warm, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed working from the deck, surrounded by nature. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and we also took advantage of the area for runs and bike rides. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away and recharge!

Elizabeth’s cottage is the perfect home base to explore everything in the Catskills, especially many of the hiking trails. The Urban Cowboy Lodge is essentially next door and offers a great restaurant for dinner and drinks without having to travel into one of the nearby towns. The cottage is also really a unique space with an eclectic mid-century vibe. Definitely will stay here again.

We loved our stay at Beth’s house. We were there to fly fish and coincidentally there was a public access point across the street. Beth’s home was comfortable and clean. We highly recommend it!

The view is everything!! A great weekend getaway

Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. My partner and I felt safe and visited some food recommendations. We highly recommend mornings! And We hope to go back! Paul was truly an amazing and responsive host

My family and I had a wonderful time here even in the rain! It’s so cozy and beautiful. We had a blast sitting by the fire to make s’mores. The kids had lots of space to run and play too! The Mountain View was everything you could ever want. I never wanted to leave. Host was very responsive when I had a question. It was extremely quiet and beautiful. The towns nearby were also very charming.

Such an amazing stay especially for the price! The home is gorgeous and the backyard was perfect for the two dogs we brought. The creek access was easy to find and the kitchen was fully equipped for a large dinner we cooked. Very close to all margaretville has to offer while feeling secluded at the same time!

My 3 friends and I stayed here while attending Mountain Jam and felt comfortable and at home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out between the living room, dining area and back porch. The kitchen was well-supplied with appliances, cookware and dishes. Their property is so beautiful and the apartment is even nicer in person than in the photos. It is a garage apartment offering complete privacy. It was just a 15-20 minute drive from Belleayre. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts, very attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy the Longhouse at the Delaware House is. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking downtown for dinner and breakfast. Skip was proactive in providing the straight-forward access instructions.

Five-star experience, all around. We stayed for three nights in conjunction with the Mountain Jam festival at Belleayre Mountain resort. Gorgeous, beautifully appointed lodgings in a tranquil setting. Accommodations were spotlessly clean and provided every comfort. Host was outstandingly kind and patient with our (in retrospect) needy demands. Excellent communication. Warmly recommended!

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

This is the third time I have stayed at Jen and Caroline's place. It is a great location in both the summer and winter. There is lots to explore in the summer with farmers markets, cute towns, and breweries. In the winter you are within 40 min. of four great ski areas. I highly recommend this listing.

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

We had a great stay! I loved the rental. Randy is very friendly and kind. There are so many thoughtful touches in this lovely apartment which is decorated and stocked with comfort and convenience in mind. The apartment is a short stroll to Dehli's Main Street which is home to several great places to eat. Every local person we encountered was just like Randy - helpful and kind. It is a very special village.

Would absolutely stay again! Really loved the way they've updated the space but kept the classic touches of the house. Huge well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. Peaceful outdoor space with lots of privacy. And overall a very spacious house that feels like you could have a big group without getting in each others way. Ryan & Lauren were super on it. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Gail's place is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway to the Oneonta area! There are so many thoughtful touches and amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen. The decor is fun and feels like a home, and the beds are comfortable. We found the location to be a great mix of quiet and private while being within a few minutes of restaurants, a gas station and grocery store. I would highly recommend Gail's home and I'd stay there again when visiting the area!

We absolutely loved staying in this perfect cabin. It was so beautiful, smelled of cedar(!), and felt secluded and peaceful at the top of the hill. We spent a dreamy evening out in the backyard with a fire going, and an even dreamier night curled up on the couch with a record on when it started pouring rain! Everything was super clean and well-equipped. We had a small issue one morning when the toilet wasn’t flushing, but Lenny was super responsive and kind and had it fixed while we were out. We loved it here. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

Yannick's place was a fantastic place to stay in the Catskills! It's located in an ideal location close to hiking, breweries, restaurants, etc. The house itself is clean and well decorated and they provide pretty much everything you need. My only gripe would be that there is no microwave (however, this is noted in the listing, so it was not a surprise); while I don't mind heating things up the old school way on a stove, there are certain things that just heat better in a microwave. And if a microwave is not provided, at least have some better nonstick pans (they were a bit of a pain bc everything stuck to them). In addition, it was hard to actually get to the stream (I think things were just overgrown and maybe it needs a trim back). But the beds are SO comfortable and overall the property is very serene, especially driving over the little bridge to the house with the stream. I would definitly recommend the place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful, as is the bedroom with the view of the mountains. We plan to come back soon.

This was our second time staying at Rashmi‘s property and it was just as great as we remembered. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to make dinner at home, the views were amazing and it was so nice to hang out by the fire pit at night. Our dogs loved the backyard and there was a great farm stand just down the road. Rashmi was super responsive and flexible. She is an awesome host and we hope to book another stay soon!

beautiful place, friendly owners, everything you need to disconnect from a crazy world

My boyfriend and our 2 pups enjoyed our time here! The place was mostly stocked with what we needed (no lighter for fire pit or coffee filters that we could find (but it rained and k-cups were provided), which neither are a big deal, but things we didn’t think to pack - so pack those if you’d need them!), it was clean, and we enjoyed the location for hiking / fishing and good food! We’d stay here again!
