Vacation rentals with a patio in Delaware County

place was fantastic for anyone looking to enjoy outside activities and escaping the city life for a while. I would recommend checking out this location when the opportunity arises

Private, clean and comfortable, walk to everything in town. Restaurants, Fly shops, antiques and more. Our host was responsive and helpful. "Trout town" lives up to it's name and this place is a great base to run your Catskills fishing adventure out of.

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

This was the perfect spot for my week of classes at SUNY Delhi! It was a five minute drive to campus and a walkable distance to the restaurants and spots in town. The space was clean and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It’s such a great find close to Cooperstown All Star Village as well as local restaurants and stores. The Rite-Aid across the street came in handy a few times. What we loved most about this place is everyone had space to themselves, which was so nice! The beds were very comfortable too. The shared laundry was great as well. Craig and Mindy were super responsive, and super helpful providing local tips. We even got to meet them both the last morning, and had a nice chat on our way out. Just book this place, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful time at Aldora’s time. She made us feel home. Spacious room with kitchen and a small dining area, next to the window facing beautiful Mountain View’s. Aldora is also super friendly and knowledgeable. Special note: for people who want to do hikes, bring your outdoor hiking gears, e.g. hiking shoes, hiking poles, maybe insect repellent if it’s muggy and hot day.

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful quaint lodge right next to Belleayre Mountain with unique rooms and peaceful surroundings. Shower and bed were both incredible, exceeding expectations and made the stay that much better. Loved our room and the curated vibe. Host Daniel and his wife provide clear precise instructions that are easy to follow and reasonable. Would definitely consider staying again if we are coming back to the area!! :)

Salvatore’s place was everything as described and more. Attention to detail, thoughtfully decorated, immaculately clean and very welcoming from the time we got there. I slept like a baby! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. 10 minutes away from a few different towns, so we had everything we needed! Delhi and Hamden both had great restaurants. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Place was like new. Charming decor and a sensible layout. Quiet road. Back deck was a nice place to chill. All good.

Anika was a great host from start to finish, very proactive and responsive. My family and I enjoyed the lovely accommodations that were provided. We were looking for a private and peaceful location and we were very satisfied with our stay.

We loved our stay at Lauren's place! The hot tub was of course a highlight, and we spent a lot of time just hanging on the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. Nice touches like linen robes, and everything felt tidy and cozy!

Incredible, simply amazing. The hosts went above and beyond to make the guests feel at home: from abundance of throw blankets, flowers and kitchenware to the icy glasses in the freezer, it feels like absolutely everything was thoroughly thought through. Thank you very much, we would be delighted to return to this beautiful place!
