House with stylish interior at the waterfront

The house is located in Woudsend. It is a luxourious house which is located between similar houses with a private jetty. The jetty is 7 meters long, where you can put your own boat in front of. The garden contains a sheltered tarrace which gives you a bit of privacy when you have your meal outside. The other terrace contains 2 loungers for some relaxing time. When entering the house at the ground floor you start in the hall, near the hall there is a separate toilet. When continuing your walk to the living room there is an open kitchenspace, which makes it comfortable to cook together. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used as if it is your own kitchen at home. The kitchen has all cooking materials as well as a microwave, oven and dishwasher. The living room contains a fireplace, for the colder days. The living room contains a read and sitting area with a television. Via the hall you can enter also the bedroom with 2 single beds and a little bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. Two bedrooms contain a double bed and one bedroom contains a single bed. Furthermore there is a second bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, toilet and a bath. You can bring your own linen or you can rent a linen package including towels -25 euro PP Other facilities are a washing machine, a dryer and you can make use of two bikes. Two kids seats can be attached to the bikes if preferred. ***** One of the great advantages of this house is the fence which can be placed at the waterfront. As I have little grandkids I know the needs of this fence. The fence is placed within minutes and is safe (it is an official approved fence in France). ***** No entry for individuals under the age of 28 years.

This old fisherman's house, built before 1900, is located in old Joure, close to the city center. It is a characteristic and cozy house and equipped with all modern comforts. You really feel "at home" during your vacation. Joure is located in the heart of the water sports area. Rent a boat or go cycling or hiking through the woods near St. Nicolaasga or along the Frisian Lakes. A beautiful 18-hole golf course can be found in St. Nicolaasga (Burggolf). De Twee Zwanen is a beautiful farmhouse located on the river Tjonger. You can stay there comfortably with family or a group of friends for a weekend or a week. You will like it here if you like the outdoors, to have good conversations by the fireplace and want to eat and drink together. With nice weather, you can sit relaxed on the jetty by the water.
