Super nice stay in a beautiful vacation home right on the water. With the enclosed garden and built-in trampoline, the accommodation is ideal for families with young children. The sun terrace with BBQ made it very pleasant for adults.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay in the beautiful house of George and Irene was simply wonderful! Three generations have found the perfect place to stay. The house is comfortably furnished and offers a quiet location, yet close to the beach and shops. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast on the terrace, where we were surrounded by breathtaking nature and could watch many geese, rabbits and other animals. What a wonderful place! The house is spacious and light. Nice living room with spacious dining table. We enjoyed the sunny terrace on the waterfront. Everything in the house is available for a comfortable stay. Nothing was missing. Dishwasher blocks, towels, made beds, coffee cups, everything was there. Children could subboard from home (sub brought by themselves). We rented a sloop in the area. We will definitely come back!

We had a great time in this beautiful house right on the water! The location is simply fantastic – you can look directly at the water from every room. The house is very modern, stylish and designed with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen has a lot of kitchen appliances and spices. In general, nothing was missing. A small note for those with pollen allergies: There is a lot of nature in the area, which is beautiful – but it is advisable to have allergy medication with you if you are sensitive. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the house!

We had a wonderful time at Connie's lovely stay. The cottage is brightly quiet, lots of privacy, near the beach on IJselmeer. A beautiful environment, nice lunch at the Strandhuijs.

Benjamin is a great host, we received a great introduction into the history of the place. The appartment is very nice, clean and well maintained. It has everything you need. Also Benjamin was very helpful and attentive, he gave good recommendations for a boat rental. Fantastic base to explore the Frisian lakes by boat.

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. Good stuff, everything clean and fresh. Beautiful bright apartment. Host Jurgen is great! Super friendly, quickly accessible and flexible. Highly recommended.

Jan-Warner's apartment in one word: great! A bright, light-flooded, tasteful, modern, furnished apartment. Of course, everything was clean and functional. For example, we have never found such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation apartment. The whole apartment is furnished with a sense of detail. But the location surpasses everything! Right on the Sneeker Meer, on the corner of Princess Margret Canal and Starter Eiland. And in the apartment or on the terrace, an unobstructed view of the colorful hustle and bustle of the sailing and motor boats, as well as the commercial shipping. Even in bad weather, it was never boring with this view. Beautiful tours through the Frisian villages and lakes are possible by bike in the immediate vicinity. Sneek itself is just 15-20 minutes by bike.

We had two wonderful days in the most beautiful weather in a great location. Tamara is very warm and available at any time. Parking in front of the door and completely uncomplicated check-in. The apartment is very clean and you have a great view of the sea. Thanks, Tamara, for the nice break with my loved ones 🥰

We liked the accommodation very much, it was according to the photos & description. Check-in via key box was straightforward, communication before & during the stay was quick and friendly. In addition to the aforementioned amenities, coffee capsules and shower gel were also available; everything was in a clean and good condition. Another advantage was the private parking right in front of the house and the walking distance to the supermarket, beach and various restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay.

The apartment has a great location! The surroundings are quiet and you have many excursion possibilities. We felt very comfortable and missed almost nothing. (Except a hairdryer) The highlight is the view of the water and the small garden!

We spent almost two wonderful weeks at this accommodation with four adults and an 8-month-old baby. The house was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. We felt comfortable and at home from the very beginning. The location is perfect: close to Groningen and not far from the sea, offering a great mix of activities and relaxation. Whether you want to explore the area or just unwind, this place has it all. We highly recommend it and would gladly come back anytime!

We had a perfect stay. Richard welcomes us with great enthusiasm and a wonderful little dog who also comes to give you a festive welcome 🥰 Regarding the environment, it was simply beautiful, whether around (lake, beach, promenade, nice little village) or the land around the cottage. There's no better place to recharge your batteries in nature in an exceptional setting. (A small boat is available for the more adventurous;) ) As far as the accommodation is concerned, there was nothing to say about the cleanliness, faithful to the photos except that we expected to have two separate bedrooms. There were indeed two large beds, however one of them would be on the mezzanine (so open room). Other than that, we loved our stay and will be back! Don't hesitate if you need a short stay in nature (only 40 minutes from Amsterdam)

We booked the accommodation very spontaneously and felt very comfortable. Communication with Simon went great and he always helped us quickly with our request. We particularly liked that we were flexible with the arrival and departure in the accommodation. Thank you - we will be back :)

We had a great stay in the tiny house. Mariska is a nice host with great communication. Highly recommended. Another culinary tip: eat at the Grand Cafe Kade. Delicious fish, top service.
