Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dayton

Beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the spacious rooms and multi level spaces, allowing our children to have their own areas to enjoy our stay in Ohio for a wedding. Faith was a great host, very welcoming and helpful with check-in/check-out. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious, and TVs were newer with smart functions. We will definitely stay again when returning to visit family!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and fully functional. We were able to gather. and have sone nice family dinners together. The weather was nice so we were able to sit outside and also throw the football around in the large back yard. We felt very at home. We hope to stay again sometime soon!

I would give more “stars” if available. Such a pleasant home in a beautiful neighborhood. So convenient to everything - but still peaceful and quiet. We found everything we needed to celebrate time together with family in Ohio. The fenced in yard was a huge plus and the outdoor dining table and seating with lights was perfect for enjoying warm weather. The beds were so comfortable- the grands raved about how well they slept. Would love to book again in the future. Thank you, Celeste. You are a terrific hostess.

This place was super cute! We stayed here with my parents and had a wonderful time. The hosts are wonderful and were super responsive which we appreciated. I felt very prepared for what I was getting and it was even better than expected!

Joseph was very responsive and helpful. We just had a quick overnight stay, but would stay again in the future.

This was 5 star from top to bottom! I cannot say enough about how we enjoyed this house. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and had lots of opportunity to compare with others about their Airbnb stays. Ours was the best!!! Loved everything about this house - beautifully updated with fabulous amenities and so many wonderful touches of history — the framed patents are the best! Beds, bathrooms, kitchen - all fantastic!! The location is super convenient especially for downtown, Carillon and UD. The neighborhood is lovely. A++++

A cozy home in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood! Felt right at home and had everything I needed! Jennifer made sure we checked in well and ensured she could help with anything we needed. This accommodation is just full of character and darling. The bed was super comfy and we slept like a dream. The shower is fabulous. There were lots of nice little touches that made us feel very welcome. The pastries that Kim left as a treat were scrumptious, and so thoughtful. Located in a cute little historic downtown area, we had dinner up the block at a cute antique store/cafe combo. We wish we’d had a little more time to spend here.

I was there for a training class. This place was absolutely incredible. It was everything I needed the washer and dryer specifically this place is definitely worth every penny and I’ll be going back there..

Another great stay here for our daughter’s graduation from Miami. Very clean and close to all the restaurants in Hamilton. Carol is very helpful and friendly!

I only stayed one night but this place was amazing, the provided breakfast was very convenient in the morning as well as the coffee. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely be choosing this place, thank you!

Adam is a great host and is very responsive if you ever need help. He was even able to respond right away when we reached out to him late at night. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for the amount of guests we booked for. The beds are comfortable and the area is quiet for when you need to sleep in or enjoy some peaceful downtime. The neighborhood is also very easy to drive in and out of.

Cindy's place has an excellent central location. It is walkable to the fair grounds and to the downtown area. The room was spacious and has everything someone needs to live it in for a week, month or longer.

Perfect location for us, Lynn was very responsive, helpful instructions/directions, clear communication, everything in the home was labeled. Home was clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Loved the beach house. Came here to attend a horse show at world equestrian center. The location was so convenient, but the house itself was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, it was a relaxing pleasure to enjoy. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need, recently updated. Very clean and very, very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s on my favorite favorites list!
